We've always had great experience with Kimlin. The office staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We ran low on a Saturday a few weeks before our regularly scheduled delivery, and they sent a driver asap, really saving the day. Would highly recommend them!
These guys are true pros at missing auto-delivery. If you can’t stand having heat during the winter, this company is unbeatable. Last year when we had to call for emergency service because they let our tanks empty, they swore that it was a one-time thing. Imagine my surprise at their ability to repeat the performance for a second year! Wow- have never seen bigger con artists: they messed up the delivery, broke my plants with the hose, DELIVERED THE WRONG AMOUNT, and are continually harassing me for payment for goods I NEVER ordered. Not my fault your guy messed up bc he was new. Instead they sent me to collections. Definitely extortionists!!! So dishonest !!!!
Everyone is a pleasure to work with and their knowledge, service and dedication are first rate. They installed underground tanks, ran new lines and hooked up everything insuring everything in the house worked properly. I recently had an issue and they were out the same day to take care of me. Highly recommend.
They are extortionists. They charge you for everything and hold you captive by "renting" you their tanks (which they charge you to remove). You will get bills from things from a year ago that you never even knew about. It is ugly. Find someone else. Or better yet, get off of fossil fuels altogether.
