Minhaz provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Had such a great experience at Kingpin! The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, and really helpful. Thank you so much, Katerina, for being such an amazing party planner! Our son's 12th birthday was absolutely seamless - you took care of everything for us. We were able to relax, enjoy the party, and spend quality time with our guests, knowing everything was running perfectly. We truly appreciate all your hard work and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making his special day so memorable! You are an asset to Kingpin!
