Kings Roofing exceeded all expectations from the initial estimate until the completion of the roofing project. Great product, great communication, professional roofing skills and perfect roofing installation from start to finish! Despite finding multiple sheets of plywood on the roof that were soft and deteriorated, they replaced all damaged plywood sheeting and replaced a rotten fascia and soffit. My first contact was with Justin. He was next door inspecting a roof, I asked him to check mine, no problem. Ladies in the office great, all smiles and helpful. Installation crew worked from the minute they arrived in the morning until near dark. One hour lunch break and right back onto it. Crew seemed friendly enough and were earnest about working. The metal roof was installed 3 years ago I’ve had skylight leaks the entire time This was the 4th time they had to come out I’m finally told by the general manager that the old skylights should have been replaced when the new roof was installed. ok that’s the big problem, very poor communication. Which have caused all the issues I’ve experienced with this company. I was totally satisfied with their work and so thankful to have it done correctly ‘…..and I am glad they replaced the rotted decking, they even repaired the rotted wood on my porch overhang even tho I had to pay extra for the rotted wood, it was worth it to have everything done right! My sales rep, Blair Phillips, was very friendly helpful and patient with all my endless questions and needs! I would definitely recommend King’s Roofing!
