Excellent service! I was looking to get a pair of sunglasses but was unsure of what to get. Luckily, the staff at Kingsway Eye Care were helpful. Devon helped me pick out a pair of glasses that fit me well. My girlfriend even loves me more because of how good I look in them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is in need of professional care. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is polite and well informed.
The team and Kingsway Eye Care are absolutely amazing. I saw Dr. Do for an eye exam. His kind demeanour made me feel very comfortable. He was informative and thorough during the exam. As I needed my first pair of glasses ever, he handed me over to the optical manager, Neera, who did an equally amazing job at guiding me in selecting a frame and helping me order my glasses. 10 days later they were ready and I couldn’t be happier with the crispness and sharpness in my vision with my new glasses. After years of prescription glasses from large retailers and "big box" stores, l chose Kingsway Eye Care for my recent fittings. What a difference! The staff were really pleasant, helpful, and professional. With their selection and thoughtful help, I was finally able to get frames that were stylish and more importantly expertly sized with a lightweight composition. No more ear grooves and having to work around my hearing aids! So happy, that I added clip-ons and a great pair of Maui Jim sunglasses.. Thanks to all!
The Kingsway Eye Care team was fantastic to work with. They were very accommodating with my booking schedule, easy to work with, and their eyewear brands are super stylish!
