Had an urgent situation and was grateful that this office got me in quickly . Was super busy no where to separate people , The Doc seemed knowledgeable but felt very rushed which created a bit of a chaotic experience. Worse, Doctor was sneezing and sniffling while being inches from my face in middle of terrible flu spike and no mask!! In fact lots of sneezing in office and no masking , I expect more from a medical (?) office. Neera was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my first pair of glasses. She called me as soon as they were ready so I could pick them up before the holiday closure. Very happy with her excellent service
Very impressed by the staff at the clinic. Everything went so smooth from the moment I walked in. Was able to do same day appointment. They doctor explained through the whole process and made me understand the underlying cause of my eye problems. I also got an eye cleaning from the clinic manager. She was super friendly and well spoken. Will be coming back.
I had an excellent experience at Kingsway Eye Care! A special thanks to Dr. Do for being so thorough and for finally resolving a long-standing eye issue I’d been dealing with . I’m so grateful for the care and attention. Also, big thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
Eye exam was a great experience, really grateful for the new prescription and will come next year for my annual check. They’re a little gate-keepy with the PD number over email and hold that hostage but that’s typical within the industry so try talking to the doctor directly instead, that’s worked out better for me.
