This place is definitely first rate. A modern building with roomy singles and new carpet on the hall floors. Painting is next I am told. The management is kind and helpful. The tenants tend to be older which makes for a quiet building. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops. Bus and subway are close by. Ralphs, Blocbuster, Ross Dress For Less and Starbucks are a five minute walk.
