I have just had work done on my Chevy trailblazer after a collision and the service I've received from beginning to end has been so incredible, I'm completely astonished. I have been working with them since the collision in late March and there was significant damage on my vehicle. I was kept updated the ENTIRE time. Shop has seriously went downhill since new owners took over. Management and front end staff have zero clue about repairing cars. My suggestion. Use shops who have developed relationships with insurance companies. Update and response to the owner: Our insurance company informed us that Kirmac is not a preferred shop. They recommended we have our repairs completed at a shop that that has a relationship with them. I recently had my Dodger Journey in kirmac for some body work I must say they done an amazing job a very happy satisfied customer here.They returned my vehicle back to me spotless in side and out.Highly recommend them if u ever need body work done.
