My car looks amazing! the quality of the work is outstanding, and they even detailed it beautifully after the service. The whole team was awesome to deal with! friendly, professional, and so easy to work with from start to finish. After going through something stressful, it was such a relief to have them handle everything so smoothly. They made the entire process simple and stress free. You can really see how much things have improved since the new manager took over. Highly recommend.
We had some work done recently and are very happy with the results.!! The staff are very polite/professional and kept us informed with updates on the progress of repairs. Very nice customer service. They supplied a courtesy car very quickly.They even detailed the inside which was totally unexpected and also supplied a voucher for free wiperblades.! Very good experience from start to finish. Thanks to all involved in the repair.
Was devastated when my new car got hit head on (only ever bought 20+ year old cars before this car so it meant a lot to me that everything was near perfect again) Another body shop told me I would have to wait 10 weeks with no loaner vehicle, these guys had me in a loner the next day and my car back to me in a fair amount of time. I felt like it was an easy process, great customer service.
5 stars WOW!! the new management here is amazing. You can feel the difference right away. Everything is so clean, organized, and professionally run, and the team is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The whole team was great with being in touch and keeping me up to date! The job was done beautifully and very quick! The service was fast, smooth, and completely stress free. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. My vehicle looks incredible, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
Kirmac Collision & Autoglass provided outstanding service from start to finish. Not only did they install our new mirror right away, but they also went above and beyond by washing and detailing the truck and even working on removing dents. The turnaround time was incredible, the quality of work excellent, and the price more than fair. We are so impressed with their professionalism and care — highly recommend
