Will and the team did an amazing job! There were friendly impatient, as well as knowledgeable when I asked my questions. They took the time to look over my car with me after the work was done. They were very well priced also and I will use them again in the future (IF a situation arises again, but it won’t. 😉).
They fixed a very frustrating experience quickly. I'd been dealing with ICBC for a couple of months, and an auto body shop out of province. Kirmac took over and had my car fixed in a few days. I was not the easiest customer with of all the previous run around but thank you so much. The car looked great when I got it back, was not expecting the whole thing to be shined like new. Thanks Wil!
WOW!! Both Jay and Will were incredibly helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. Once the work was done, Will took me to my car and both showed me and explained in detail what was done. I am very appreciative of their expertise and glad they were able to help. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again for any of my car body repairs!!
