I have taken every car that I own to Bannister Collision and I can confidently say that I will never have to find another body shop. Most recently I had a vehicle with tri coat paint in for repair and they were able to match the paint perfectly, looks like it’s fresh from the factory. Jessica and Robyn were phenomenal throughout the whole process and their rates are very fair if you decide to pay out of pocket. They had me in and out quick and even provided a car for me while mine was in for repair.
Absolutely phenomenal service all around. Every step of the way dealing with damage done to my car was easy. They helped me feel like my car was being taken care of and the work they did was next level! Had my car repaired at this location and the experience was as smooth and good as you would want it to be. From the moment they received the car, they were very quick with inspecting the car, determining the kinds of repairs required, and executing the actual repairs promptly informing me of the whole process throughout.
AMAZING! I have never experienced such excellent customer service and timely repair as I have with Bannister Collision Chilliwack. They took a very stressful situation just before the holidays and not only took care of the repair but also offered a quality courtesy vehicle for the duration.
