I can’t thank the team at Kirmac enough for going above and beyond after my accident. They took me in right away, kept me consistently updated on the progress of my vehicle, and made sure I had a loaner car the entire time. The customer service was caring, professional, and stress‑free from start to finish. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely brand new. I truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend Kirmac to anyone needing auto repairs.

I accidently went to this location in Chilliwack as I thought that was where I booked my appt for an estimate of damage that was caused to my vehicle when I was rear ended. However, apparently I did not book with them. They were very kind and squeezed me in right away anyway!! I was out of there in 15 minutes with an appointment to have my vehicle repaired. Service was amazing and when I picked up my vehicle, the workmanship was great as well! Courtesy car provided was excellent and very clean! Overall 10/10
