We needed an emergency repair on a windshield while on vacation, they fit us in right away and were so friendly and accommodating, and professional. A very positive experience!
Our car was finally fixed, but the overall experience with Kirmac was extremely disappointing and concerning from a customer-service perspective. The repair itself was very minor — replacing a small reflector. We were initially told the vehicle would be ready by Friday. However, we received no updates at all. Having had 2 experiences with Kirmac in the past few years, thought it time for a shout out. Repairs to my truck were completed professionally and in a timely manner a while back. Called and all I got was some chick breathing heavy into the phone? heard her scream " TheRes NoONe thEre" then slammed the phone down after .2 seconds. After she picked it up, I will be looking elsewhere for a body shop. From looking at the previous reviews as well id advise anyone else to go anywhere but here, YIKES.
