Our car was finally fixed, but the overall experience with Kirmac was extremely disappointing and concerning from a customer-service perspective. The repair itself was very minor — replacing a small reflector. We were initially told the vehicle would be ready by Friday. However, we received no updates at all. Having had 2 experiences with Kirmac in the past few years, thought it time for a shout out. Repairs to my truck were completed professionally and in a timely manner a while back. Most recently, Kayla at Kirmac went above and beyond my expectations when guiding me through a claim deemed a write off by ICBC. Called and all I got was some chick breathing heavy into the phone? heard her scream " TheRes NoONe thEre" then slammed the phone down after .2 seconds. After she picked it up, I will be looking elsewhere for a body shop. From looking at the previous reviews as well id advise anyone else to go anywhere but here, YIKES.
Had my vehicle in for a windshield replacement. From the moment Bannister Chevrolet Cadillac recommended them and I contacted them, there was stellar service. I dealt with Chris for most of it but the other staff were friendly and engaging. I had superior communication with text messages and when the windshield came in Chris called me personally and left a voice mail. I didn't want to wait around so they ordered me an Uber there and back and covered the cost. Chris made everything so easy. I highly recommend!
