Our guide, Adam, was very knowledgeable of the home building process and answered abundant questions. There was clearly a lot of attention and detail put into the homes. Quality control was ever present in all phases of the construction process.
Our home has been great. Assembling was great and afterwards to tighten up anything need was very professional. They always check and repair after the first year. Amy has been great at the factory. Had a few lights go out and she always is willing to go the extra mile. House is super insulated and bills are low. If we build another home it will be a Kit Custom home. Excellent service. I will absolutely NEVER buy another KIT home. My ceiling vents leak, the cabinets pulled away from the walls and left over an inch gap, the wiring to the breaker box makes absolutely no sense. The laundry room, kitchen, dining room and outside GFI are on one breaker..... The counter top literally cracked, my exterior door is falling out of the house, nothing in the house is level, every light was replaced once by the manufacturer under warranty for premature failure, had 4 lights go out in less than a year, manufacturer sent... read more
Final walk thru two days before Thanksgiving (2024), issues throughout my house, interior and exterior, that need addressed (constructural). Emails have been one sided, maybe this will get their attention? Not a very happy customer to say the least. Manufacturer too...I will notify them as well. Shameful. Move in date 10.01.2023
