I will absolutely NEVER buy another KIT home. My ceiling vents leak, the cabinets pulled away from the walls and left over an inch gap, the wiring to the breaker box makes absolutely no sense. The laundry room, kitchen, dining room and outside GFI are on one breaker..... The counter top literally cracked, my exterior door is falling out of the house, nothing in the house is level, every light was replaced once by the manufacturer under warranty for premature failure, had 4 lights go out in less than a year, manufacturer sent... read more

Paid 50% non-refundable on 02/28/2021, remainder on delivery 09/31/22. Arrived with apparent damage during transit. So many issues that I hired a home inspection company to document them. I cannot get the company to even acknowledge what needs to be fixed. Repair rep still has no list of issues or work order. Repair appointments are endlessly delayed.
