Our home has been great. Assembling was great and afterwards to tighten up anything need was very professional. They always check and repair after the first year. Amy has been great at the factory. Had a few lights go out and she always is willing to go the extra mile. House is super insulated and bills are low. If we build another home it will be a Kit Custom home. Excellent service. Thanks Tony for the repairs. He knows it all. Ben in Lagrande was great also. Lot of knowledge. Thank you very much Joe and Michelle Hedrick

Worst experience ever. We purchased a Pinehurst triple-wide around 4 years ago(Signed Documents on 4/14/2021). The dealer promised it would arrive in July but it didn't arrive until November. I assume they were short handed due to COVID. When the house arrived the dealer installed it. Shortly after installation it started to leak badly. The dealer had to come out 3 or 4 times but they were never able to fix the problem. We then called Kit to get help since the house is supposed to be warrantied.
