Absolutely horrific company. Do not buy a Kit Custom! 0/5 stars! We bought a Kit Custom home and it has been serious problem after problem after problem. First, the back door leaked like a sieve and they tried to get out of fixing it once we were out of warranty. This was after sending their contractors out over 10 times for the same issue for a year straight. Of course, it was a fight to get them to actually come out each time. Was a great tour. Very informative and a lot of questions were answered. I would and will recommend doing this tour for anyone considering buying any manufactured home. It is so good to see exactly how they’re made and the regulations they follow. Dom Mossi is the one who took us around and he is great and very patient with all our questions.
I purchased a Kit home. It was supposed to take 6 months from the order date, but "due to covid" it took 2 full years. I was supposed to get 3% interest on my mortgage with perfect credit, but was fortunate to get 6.6% because of the extended delay and interest rates jacked up in the meantime. The home came with multiple issues. I purchased a brand new home so I could just move in and not have to fix and clean a bunch of stuff for a change. Our home has been great. Assembling was great and afterwards to tighten up anything need was very professional. They always check and repair after the first year. Amy has been great at the factory. Had a few lights go out and she always is willing to go the extra mile. House is super insulated and bills are low. If we build another home it will be a Kit Custom home. Excellent service.
