We have been living in L7 Flats for a year. No complaints at all with the management company. They addressed maintenance needs quickly and without hassle. They seem to take pride in keeping rent affordable and fair while still being a cheap uber ride from the cities. Would highly recommend! Also, they are always landscaping, updating, and maintaining the place to keep it looking nice. One thing to note is they do have blackout moving dates in the winter, but that's pretty common practice and not a big deal if you plan ahead.
My boyfriend and I just got accepted to our first apartment and it’s one through KRC. Kelsey and Barb have been so helpful and great. They’ve helped us throughout the process and have made us so excited for our move in date!

I LOVED my apartment at Pleasant Place.I lived for a little over a year and the building was great. Well-maintained, responsive, clean, and cozy. Tiffany, the property landlord/manager is on site, very-friendly, helpful and responsive to any concerns/issues. i look forward to renting from KRC again in the future.
I truly love the area which the apartment is located. It is the perfect apartment in my opinion. Maintenance is there asap. I have no concerns about this apartment. Its quiet, clean and everyone including neighbors are great.
