We couldn't be happier with the service we received from KLG and it was a pleasure to work with Carah (and others). All of our many (and sometimes repeat) questions were thoroughly and clearly answered and we are very happy with the end result. In the long run, the work that KLG did for us will more than pay for itself and we probably should have done this years ago.
