I had a fantastic experience with Knight Security. Joe was awesome to work with and really helped me understand the best methods to secure my home. At no point did I feel pressured or oversold. He made sure to meet my needs and answered all the questions I had. The installation process went perfectly without any issues and the installer, Phil, was great. I can't recommend Knight Security enough!

After years of ADT charging us for a system that CONSTANTLY had issues and basically did not work, we switched to Knight Security and so far they have been amazing and very responsive. They actually check in with you and if there is an issue, someone will help you within a reasonable time frame. They will work with you until the system is working properly. Everyone is so nice and could not recommend them more.

Knight is a family owned business of several generations and the service shows. As a homeowner I know what I want and need. There was no sleazy upsell and a mysterious manager that so happens can lower the price if I act this minute. Very refreshing to not be dealing with big corporations. Very very satisfied with Knight security.

My wife and I have an old house in North Salem that had a complicated alarm system. After having a few companies come out we decided to use Knight Alarm because they were local and had the best solution for upgrading. The technicians were polite and were extra helpful with teaching us. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dan and Joe were fantastic in setting up our alarm system. Built a comprehensive connected security system and took the time to explain everything. Great company, great service.
