Used them for my wedding… would never use them again. My suit ultimately was not the correct size for me (I needed a long) and instead of calling this out after the first try at tailoring, they tried to fix it 3 more times. I then ended up having to overnight another suit and get it tailored elsewhere at an extreme up charge due to the time crunch. We were referred to Knights Chamber by friends. We needed a suit for my son's graduation. When we arrived, we were greeted by Marcus. Marcus showed us around, helped to size my son and gave us time to shop around. When Marcus came back to check on us, we let him know we weren't finding what my son had in mind, he then started looking himself, and came back a few moments later with exactly what my son had in mind and in his size. Went on a whim on a Saturday to look for a suit for our son’s upcoming wedding after receiving sub-par service from Men’s Warehouse. They were quite busy but Chris was more than willing to help me out until his next appointment showed up. I was very impressed with his willingness to help, make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, all the way to getting measurements to have it tailored. Met with Mitchell today for consultation, after my rental fell through I was stressing hard. Our wedding is in September. He was amazing, helped us every step of the way and had us laughing quite hard. He took all the stress out of it and I left with a suit on order that I feel really good about. Thank you!
Marcus was outstanding. Get him and the red haired guy on TikTok in top hats and tails for the holiday season. A proper Dickensian vibe. The way too serious, over caffeinated guy needs to do a little yoga or something. Loved your shop. I’ll be back.
