Aside from the very poor customer service (No communication that my order was ready for pickup. Nor did they answer their phones or call back my voicemails.) This shop ordered my suit WAY too big. Which tells me, they either don't know how to correctly measure, or they purposely ordered a larger size to run up a tailor bill. I am very disappointed with my experience here. Next go around will be with someone else, I wouldn't recommend Knights Chamber.
The Knights Chamber is 100% the right choice for wedding or formal attire. I’ve worked with them for both. The wedding process was super smooth and our suits were ready in plenty of time. More recently, I needed a last minute suit for an event with about a two week turnaround. The Knights Chamber staff helped me find a suit off the rack and had it tailored and ready in less than 7 days. 10/10 will continue to shop here.
Myself and a fellow groomsman went in to get fitted for a wedding, and the guy asked how we liked our suits to fit, we said we like it tapered to our bodies. He didn't measure, didn't mark, nothing. Gave us random suits off the shelf that didn’t fit and told us to try it on just as a starting point. Then had us pay for the deposit. My fiancé and I went to Knight’s Chambers after checking out Mens Warehouse for a tux rental. We were disappointed by the lack of knowledge and personalization from Mens Warehouse so we found an alternative at Knight’s Chamber. We were so impressed by the care and service we received. Amazing response time and professional communication to figure out potential options. My wedding party and I ended up not booking with them but that was for reasons that are not their fault. Would recommend reaching out to them if you're at least interested!
