The employee we spoke with made it easy to sign up for Rumpke. Our services were activated quickly and are always picked up on time.

I think Rumpke does a great job. They are very understanding when u get a little behind on your bill and don't hassle u to get it paid quickly or they will not pickup your trash. Most importantly they give senior discount, no other utilities offer that. Thank u Rumpke, sincerely Tammy Allen posting this review for myself and Ms. Mae Perkins

Pick up at home is fine. However to charge $35 dollars to take a load to the garbage dump is crazy when I already pay monthly bill. And it's $35 per load. So if I have 4 loads it would cost $140 on top of my monthly $30 bill

Very good experience, my trash is always picked up and on time! I also love the free dump days! It helps keep our community cleaned up if everyone would take advantage of these days!

It snowed one week and they couldn't pick up my trash and actually expected me to be ok with being charged for a full month. I get that the snow was too deep. I couldn't get out either but I'm paying for weekly pick up so if I don't g... read more
