I was having problems with my email and my password and I don’t know how to pronounce his name but it’s JHERICK. He helped me a lot. I kept him on the line probably for a half an hour and he really helped me a lot. He helped me get up another password and he had me get online and pay my bill so he can see if it worked and everything was fine. He was awesome. He was very kind friendly and he was awesome. Thank you.

May seem excessive if you are late but this is also good communication with their tenants. Lots of cameras. Would love access to power such as lights but too many people would take advantage of that and it is now an insurance liability risk. Otherwise, great to deal with.

They have to be tired of my butt lol. I had several issues finding the location and couldn’t figure out the lock on my own, all of which were my fault. They were very patient with me while helping to make sure that I could get everything figured out. Great facility, easy to get in and out of. Extremely simple cancellation process and great to work with people overall.

I recently rented a unit here through their online service, application was easy and fast, when I arrived at the storage facility I had noticed that there was plenty of lights on the outside of the units and cameras pointing down each row of the units along with having a light and receptive inside the storage unit itself.
