May seem excessive if you are late but this is also good communication with their tenants. Lots of cameras. Would love access to power such as lights but too many people would take advantage of that and it is now an insurance liability risk. Otherwise, great to deal with.

They have to be tired of my butt lol. I had several issues finding the location and couldn’t figure out the lock on my own, all of which were my fault. They were very patient with me while helping to make sure that I could get everything figured out. Great facility, easy to get in and out of. Extremely simple cancellation process and great to work with people overall.
I rented a 30’ unit for roughly six months. The area was clean and well maintained. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I would recommend.
They do force you to have insurance on your stuff for an additional cost whether you want it or not, but aside from that, they seem really good, easy to work with, good size storage
