I would highly recommend Kobs Pools! They just finished building our new pool and it is beautiful! Chris was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything stayed right on schedule and was completed in the estimated timeframe. He also designed the most beautiful pool! I recently hired Kobs Pools to build a pool in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chris and his team were professional, efficient, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. From the initial design to the finishing touches, the attention to detail was impressive. The communication throughout the project was excellent, and they completed the job ahead of schedule! We had our pool installed by Kobs Pools about two years ago. The experience was good during the sales and installation phase, but once the pool was completed, the customer service essentially stopped. At the time of installation, I pointed out that the grout between the tiles was not done properly. I emailed and texted photos. There was also paint splash left on my tile from the pebble finish process. I was repeatedly told we would be placed on the schedule to have these items corrected, but no one ever showed up. This is our third inground pool. Our experience with Kobs has been excellent. Chris was our contact, and he helped design the pool and made several suggestions. We went back and forth with a few modifications until we found a design that worked with our price range. We were building a new house at the same time, so some coordination was required between the builder and Kobs. I saw a pool installed by Kobs during a home search and was impressed. I have a pool but I was interested in reconstructing it. I have called and left my information with this company a total of five times. The receptionist always says the salesperson will get back to me or reach out. No one has reached out to me. I give up. I am now exploring other companies.
