I was so pleased that the clinic took new patients on such short notice. The team was very friendly and Kelly was very attentive and helpful. I felt comfortable in sharing what my concerns were and learned a bit about what changes my body is going through. But most of all, I felt safe and hopeful in knowing that I found a caring team to help me on this journey.

I filled out my intake forms prior to my appointment but they did not go through and I had to fill it out again when I came in but other then that they were fast and nice and efficient

The office staff is a pleasure to work with, but I would not recommend Madé Alder, APRN for pap smear patients. During intake, I explicitly requested the smallest speculum from both the office staff and Madé herself. She assured me that she would use it. However, as she began, she stated, “If this hurts, I can use a smaller speculum.” This immediately raised concerns, as I had been led to believe she was already using the smallest size. I love Dr Bhattacharyya office both POB II and Koolau office! They are always filled with so much aloha from check-in to checkout. I know they care about me as an individual, bedside manners are always great, and I feel so comfortable being in my most vulnerable moment. Oh I started care in my 20’s went away to live in the mainland came back in my 40’s and things were still service with Aloha!

I’ve seen Dr Awaya for all three of my babies… starting 13 years ago! She’s always been professional, thorough, thoughtful and kind. She’sa treasure and so is her staff.
