I was so pleased that the clinic took new patients on such short notice. The team was very friendly and Kelly was very attentive and helpful. I felt comfortable in sharing what my concerns were and learned a bit about what changes my body is going through. But most of all, I felt safe and hopeful in knowing that I found a caring team to help me on this journey.

Front desk was very sweet. The NP I saw was very nice. She explained everything she was doing. Answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

During intake, I explicitly requested the smallest speculum from both the office staff and Madé herself because I am very petite. She assured me that she would use it. However, as she began, she stated, “If this hurts, I can use a smaller speculum.” This immediately raised concerns, as I had been led to believe she was already using the smallest size. When I interrupted, sh... read more
