Was so excited to start here as they came highly recommended. Had to change providers during pregnancy and booked 2 appointments with Koolau, sent my records etc. they knew how far along I was and knew my situation as I had discussed it on the phone with them, they had my full medical records, and they told me they could see me. I left my old practice after confirming that Koolau could take me and scheduling 2 appointments. Dr. Battacharya delivered my baby and my c-section recovery was extremely smooth. He is patient, non-judgmental (I have a lot of questions and sometimes question standard practice and he is always willing to explain to me why), and has great bedside manner. I still go to him for annual exams. His staff is great, too. Been a happy patient for 5 years and still going. Can’t recommend him enough.
Currently 20 weeks pregnant. I started with Ko’olau at 5 weeks and they have been SO helpful. With some minor complications to weird happenstances, ever since time I call, they are supportive and genuinely care to find answers for you. This is my first pregnancy and they have made me feel so safe, heard and cared for the entire time! I came across this office by chance, but I am so blessed to be receiving care here! "Please don't come back" is an unprofessional response to give someone after I was asked by them to give feedback on my experience. The staff was very nice and informative! Quick appt, I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. It was a bit hard to find my Dr's office, but I just asked the staff and they directed me no problem (:
