I had an amazing experience with Ko’olau and all of their staff. Being such a small location allows for more 1v1 time which is nice for medical appointments. I was very appreciative of CNM Lee for her comforting personality and years of expertise. Dr B is very easy going and informative. He delivered my first born with no complications and I will always be grateful.
The overall experience of my first visit met & exceeds my expectations ! Staff is pleasant. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. appreciate the fact that I felt heard. The practicioner, Virginia Lee, CNM, was very knowledgeable. She was very patient and thorough with anwering every single one of my concerns. Everyone made me feel most comfortable. I did not feel rushed at all. I like this place !
I was referred to Dr. Bhattacharyya by my OB/GYN for his recommendation in regard to fibroids on my uterus that were bothering me. He's professional and was able to put me at ease while explaining all the options that were available in my situation. He answered all my questions and concerns and ultimately let me decide which option to take. The surgery went well and I am very happy with Dr. B and his team post procedure. You are in good hands with them.

"Please don't come back" is an unprofessional response to give someone after I was asked by them to give feedback on my experience. The staff was very nice and informative! Quick appt, I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. It was a bit hard to find my Dr's office, but I just asked the staff and they directed me no problem (:
