Been a patient of Dr. B since I was a teenager. His entire staff, over the years and now, have always been amazing. I love this clinic. I dread when he retires. But that may be far off as he is such a hard working Doctor. Mahalo Koolau womens healthcare! ♥️
I had a new gyn issue pop-up and this practice was accepting new patients. The scheduler heard me and made a recommendation on the dr she’d propose me see and I had an appt in 2 weeks. Dr. Bhattacharyya (on a Saturday no less when I didn’t have to take time away from work or find childcare). I had a great first appt. He heard me and I got labs same day and and a few follow-ups with various specialists in the coming weeks.
This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a women’s health clinic. They are so kind and patient. The nurse practitioner takes her time to explain everything and talk you through things. I love this place and will be a patient for life.
Currently 20 weeks pregnant. I started with Ko’olau at 5 weeks and they have been SO helpful. With some minor complications to weird happenstances, ever since time I call, they are supportive and genuinely care to find answers for you. This is my first pregnancy and they have made me feel so safe, heard and cared for the entire time! I came across this office by chance, but I am so blessed to be receiving care here! I was looking for a doctor and their staff that made me feel seen. After not so good experiences with my previous doctor, I wanted to go somewhere I can trust. The doctors and staff at Ko'olau Women's Healthcare was very communicative and friendly throughout my first visit. Mind you this was my only experience with this office, so I don't have years of great experience to tell you about. But I know I picked somewhere great and I'm excited for future visits with them!
