I found Kora to be a compassionate and supportive doctor. I miss seeing her a lot now that I’ve had to move on for insurance reasons. Her office staff was also helpful and friendly. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experiences with Kori!

I don’t like medication especially being in recovery I feel weird about even taking an ibuprofen so getting back on antidepressants and having to see a psychiatrist again was something I put off for over a year. Ms. Juckem made me feel confident in her abilities and I trust her judgment and I’ve seen well over a handful of psychiatrists and have never felt as comfortable as I do with her. She’s the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever had. She insisted I have disorders that I don’t. I repeatedly told her I didn’t like the how a specific medication made me feel and she told me that’s what it feels like to be normal. After attempting suicide because of how awful the medication made me feel she was mad at me. She said she knew I was going to attempt suicide and saw it coming. She has no empathy and is unable/unwilling to phrase things politely. Avoid her at all costs.

She was rigid and navigated the conversation with a list. Anytime I went into detail about something I would be interrupted by her, and it seemed as though she wanted to burn through the appointment. There wasn't time or allowance for explanation - just going through the list, and prescribing as little as possible. Don't go here if you have an eating disorder or a medical marijuana card as they will NOT prescribe if you do.
