Kramer Investments made my application process and move in very easy. Specifically, Nancy was amazing! The complex I moved into is beautiful and well taken care of. I think I will be very happy living here. I am looking forward to my relationship with them in the future.
From the first phone call, the receptionist was very helpful and informative, even sending me an email explaining the rates and other fees. When i went in to the main office, ( which is located only a block away from the units) i was greeted with a smile. I was surprised by the price i was quoted for the size unit i was requesting. I live at one of Kramer Investment properties in Eureka. I have been very happy with the way Kramer handles my needs as a tenant. They respond quickly, and have never failed to address any problem I've had. The office staff is excellent, and the maintenance staff is top-notch!
Finding the best property management in Northern California is a challenge due to the limited number of corporations, especially, in a college town areas. Humboldt County has a few property management corporations that dominate the area. And for new residents like students or short time employees who just moved to the area, they would have to go almost to every property office to find a place or to be in a waiting list. Our experience with the Orchards in Fortuna has been a positive one. Personnel on hand were willing to assist and show us the property. The office in Eureka was very professional and accommodating and we truly appreciated their patience and assistance.
