From the first phone call, the receptionist was very helpful and informative, even sending me an email explaining the rates and other fees. When i went in to the main office, ( which is located only a block away from the units) i was greeted with a smile. I was surprised by the price i was quoted for the size unit i was requesting. Thank you to everyone at Kramer who helped me to get a new apartment in The Gardens. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived and the grounds are well cared for. Special thanks to Nancy Garret for helping me find the apartment. Also our property manager Colleen, who is super helpful and responds quickly if there are any questions. All of the tenants who have been here for awhile have high praise for Colleen and Nancy and Kramer in general for helping keep The Gardens community safe. Thank you!

I highly recommend Kramer Investment Corp. Last January, our college student daughter was suddenly evicted from the dorm due to mold. We had to find an apartment fast and so I called a few places and found a vacancy at a nearby apartment complex. Nancy called me back and was very understanding of our situation and gave me some great advice. Finding the best property management in Northern California is a challenge due to the limited number of corporations, especially, in a college town areas. Humboldt County has a few property management corporations that dominate the area. And for new residents like students or short time employees who just moved to the area, they would have to go almost to every property office to find a place or to be in a waiting list. It was stressful moving our daughter to Arcata (9 hours from home), but Kramer eased some of the stress by providing contact info for setting up utilities in advance. Nancy was especially welcoming and helpful when we picked up the keys. Our only complaint was the lack of communication between submitting the application and receiving notification that we got the apartment. Otherwise, the overall experience was pretty painless.
