I'm a tenant for just over 10 years, & have found KIC to be prompt, professional, & happy to provide assistance; which includes maintenance on their rentals. The Meadows has all the provisions that Seniors rely on for safe, independent living... A great community to live in!
Kramer management is on it. Whenever there's a issue or problem they get right on it and fix the issue. Having an on site manager is so handy to solve any immediate issues without waiting for paperwork and such. The orchards is a great new senior living and Brand New construction is so nice solar-powered utilities and state of the art appliances for efficient use of power keep bills lower. Thx Kramer
Responsive and friendly service request resolved on the phone. "Kramer Investment Corporation" sounds cold to me. Kramer Community Investment Corporation" would be better. The Kramer's have been investing in the Eureka area for several generations and I think, judging by my experience, and my reading of their history, they genuinely care about their renters, and the community as a whole. I usually don't have good thing to say about corporations, family or not, but Kramer is an exception.
Finding the best property management in Northern California is a challenge due to the limited number of corporations, especially, in a college town areas. Humboldt County has a few property management corporations that dominate the area. And for new residents like students or short time employees who just moved to the area, they would have to go almost to every property office to find a place or to be in a waiting list. Kramer Investments made my application process and move in very easy. Specifically, Nancy was amazing! The complex I moved into is beautiful and well taken care of. I think I will be very happy living here. I am looking forward to my relationship with them in the future.
