It was stressful moving our daughter to Arcata (9 hours from home), but Kramer eased some of the stress by providing contact info for setting up utilities in advance. Nancy was especially welcoming and helpful when we picked up the keys. Our only complaint was the lack of communication between submitting the application and receiving notification that we got the apartment. Otherwise, the overall experience was pretty painless.
Finding the best property management in Northern California is a challenge due to the limited number of corporations, especially, in a college town areas. Humboldt County has a few property management corporations that dominate the area. And for new residents like students or short time employees who just moved to the area, they would have to go almost to every property office to find a place or to be in a waiting list.
