these people will take your money and not respond. I'm still waiting on my money on a place that I did not move into 2 months ago. I'm now seeking legal action, do not rent from this company nor 12 b residential they are the same company.
They scammed me of my application fee and never contacted me nor do they answer the phone.
Cannot even reach them if you are trying to pay a bill. Then you get charged a late fee. They're URL no longer exists to pay a bill on line, and they give you a fictitious email address, and you can NEVER reach anyone on the phone.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. (Birmingham location) Not only did it take almost 3 weeks to finally get ahold of someone through the Hotline number posted here in the reviews, but 3 days later once we were finally approved for the house, we set up a date for June 16th to sign the lease. This company is good for taking your money yet not wanting to do anything else, they run the company from Vegas and don’t have any kind of management close to see the bs needed to be dealt with considering the area also the misleading ad for our apartment which for 756.00 a month in south city WE HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING WITH A 3 YEAR OLD AND THEY HAVE NO ISSUE WITH THAT!
