I said it before and will say it again: For a facility as busy as Kremer they still maintain a warm personal touch. The staff is cheerful and friendly while Dr. Aaron Cohn always make you feel like a long lost friend wile still maintain his professionalism. The equipment is incredible and the doctor skills are most impressive! The new Chadds Ford office is a nice improvement over the previous office.
Was referred to Kremer Eye by my local eye Dr and could not be more pleased or impressed. I had a consult for refractive lens options and the amount of testing that was done prior to them providing options for me made me very confident in moving forward. Dr Farbman explained in detail the results of the testing, the options available along with the pros and cons of each. The staff was also great, taking the time to explain the tests and walk me through what to expect regarding the procedure. Very highly recommend them.
Kremer eye care has such nice and welcoming employees. I’ve been distraught over issues with my eye, and they have been absolutely amazing. They work very efficiently and had very good information for my issue. I appreciate them and all of their hard work and kindness.
The entire staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite. My processing tech(practitioner was beyond exceptional.(Jessica). The office and patient care facility was very clean and inviting relaxing.
