My doctor and her technician were great. The surgery/procedure was explained beforehand and again right before. The technician/nurse was wonderful throughout. Office seemed short staffed however. Also calling is a nightmare. You never get anyone directly. Get someone from I’m assuming a call center that is not directly in the office.
I was welcomed warmly by everyone: receptionist, technicians checking my vision and eye details on multiple machines, Dr. Cohn, and others. Everyone explained what was happening, what to expect, and solicited my comments and questions, and answered all my questions. I could not ask for better care and interest in me and my needs. I highly recommend Kremer Eye Center.
The staff was courteous and professional. Doctor Aaron Cohen was kind and exhibited knowledge and expertise. Thank you so much!
