Kremer eye care has such nice and welcoming employees. I’ve been distraught over issues with my eye, and they have been absolutely amazing. They work very efficiently and had very good information for my issue. I appreciate them and all of their hard work and kindness.
I said it before and will say it again: For a facility as busy as Kremer they still maintain a warm personal touch. The staff is cheerful and friendly while Dr. Aaron Cohn always make you feel like a long lost friend wile still maintain his professionalism. The equipment is incredible and the doctor skills are most impressive! The new Chadds Ford office is a nice improvement over the previous office.
My doctor and her technician were great. The surgery/procedure was explained beforehand and again right before. The technician/nurse was wonderful throughout. Office seemed short staffed however. Also calling is a nightmare. You never get anyone directly. Get someone from I’m assuming a call center that is not directly in the office.
I can’t say enough good things about Kremer and specifically Dr. Hoffman! Getting LASIK is one of the best investments have ever made. Dr. Hoffman talked me through the entire process, before/during/and after surgery. She is incredibly calming and kind. My surgery went perfectly and I have had absolutely no issues in the recovery process. I highly recommend Kremer and Dr. Hoffman for anyone considering LASIK!
