Oh, my goodness, where to start. Kris has been a consistent advocate for me and every one that I have recommended to him. I liked Kris a lot. He helped me understand my needs with Medicare. I would have like a yearly follow up. I felt uneasy making decisions each year. I know I can call the office, I'm just saying what I think needs attention.
When my wife and I took out our supplement ins. policy’s things went great then last winter my wife wanted to review her policy she had to make an appointment for a phone call a week later at a certain time. Ok fine when that time came his secretary calls instead of Kris she had no idea how to answer her questions so she’s not real happy with him.
