The office and staff are unprofessional, rude and not sympathetic to their patients. They consistently managed to create issues with appointments in order to obtain fees. Kristen Cox as a mental health professional treats patients as numbers on her screen and not as individuals. Do not attempt to use this office if you are interested in actual mental health services.
