I've had two sessions so far, and both times we clicked really well. I liked the welcoming feel of the office. It made it seem less clinical than therapy usually feels and I really liked that. I'm also just noticing this is from my other email, 🤣 -chicken strip out.
Kristen is my behavior therapist and I feel so much better after each session I have with her as I'm disabled and suffer from mild anxiety and depression. I can't say enough about her and her understanding of what I deal with as having mild Cerebral Palsy with no support from my family.
I absolutely love my therapist and our conversations. I feel they are truly helping me
