I have a very hard time finding that “right one” when searching for a therapist. This time, I read her intro bio on Lifestance site. From day one, Kristi made me feel comfortable enough to open up and start sharing some very personal things that it usually takes me some time to do. I felt an immediate sense of trust and safety with sharing my intimate personal information; I just knew I was in the right place for healing.
