Kristen has been my NP for many years. She has helped me through some tough times. I can’t emphasize enough how understanding and kind she has been during my many issues.
I go to the Pike Creek office, when I need to be seen in office. I just recently had an appt. at the office, and receptionist was very friendly and personable. I have been seeing Kristin for years and that says something right there. The billing and insurance is horrible. And you can never get ahold of anyone in billing to speak with. The Five Stars is for Kristin : Thank you!
Amazing staff: front desk was supportive by working with me on my new insurance company, and Mrs. McCall has the innate ability to get to know her patients and provide what’s needed. She models a calm atmosphere and is great at putting patients at ease in person and on Telehealth.
