I’ve seen a number of counselors, therapist , psychiatrist etc… Kristina B. Is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The way she understands and provides feedback is unparalleled. She goes above and beyond to educate me on things and it has made a significant positive impact on my mental , physical & emotional health as well as my day to day life.
