Found this company after researching online and reading reviews. Reviews were great and I went with them. They came out pronto and their pricing was fairly decent. BUT who would have thought they would have used shingles so far off from the color of what's on my roof!!!! I understand the age of my roof but if I was a homebuyer, I would think the house had serious leaking issues...which it had none. Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM.
