We had water damage that was made much worse by the highly advertised remediation company we selected. Fortunately, our insurance carrier had Kustom on their list of approved restoration contractors. Our project manager, David Ross, was heaven sent. He and his team did a great job getting our home back into perfect condition. We are very grateful for the quality, pace and responsiveness they provided.
Everyone I dealt with at Kustom was friendly, helpful, and professional in dealing with my water damage claim. Yes, it took months, Yes, it's a mess, but it is, what it is, I had wet drywall, a repipe of whole house, all kinds of people in and out to get the job done. You definitely need patience, let them do what they do, I had Humberto, Eric, and Ricardo doing the repair and restoration.
