Staff were nice, service was quick but when I got back I saw this on my alloys… when you’ve paid so much for tyres this is massive scrape is not something you should expect, especially since the car itself is a month old..
What Fabulous Service I had today at this Branch . Irfan the Manager was so helpful and went above and beyond for me on what was an extremely busy dsy for the Staff ! He and Harrison are an absolute credit to your organisation and dealt with my situation brilliantly after having to have my car taken in on an AA Flatbed truck this morning . The guys checked a tyre of mine I thought was damaged. They were very quick despite being incredibly busy, thorough, professional and friendly. Happy to say the tyre was fine and I was sent on my way with a warm handshake without charge! I definitely recommend these guys.
I called in as I wanted someone to look at one of my tyres that had a slow puncture. As I didn’t have an appointment I was asked to come back in an hour. I did, was seen virtually straight away. The manager explained what was happening. Connor did an excellent job and even put mt wing mirror cover back on. I thought the price was very reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable and the toilet was clean and disabled friendly.
Jamie took his time out to sort my tie rod boots as they twisted on alignment. Called up and explained, said to bring it in today. Rectified the issue and re-tracked free of charge. Even stayed past closing time to make sure I was satisfied. Hats off to Jamie lad👌
