Staff were nice, service was quick but when I got back I saw this on my alloys… when you’ve paid so much for tyres this is massive scrape is not something you should expect, especially since the car itself is a month old..
I called in as I wanted someone to look at one of my tyres that had a slow puncture. As I didn’t have an appointment I was asked to come back in an hour. I did, was seen virtually straight away. The manager explained what was happening. Connor did an excellent job and even put mt wing mirror cover back on. I thought the price was very reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable and the toilet was clean and disabled friendly.
Spoke to Jamie today regarding my car that needs sorting and he was ever so polite, professional and went out of his way to give exceptional customer service. Even checking other branches and he was being honest and straight up about time scale and what he can do. Thank you. Nafisa
Have been going to Kwik fit for all my aircon regas services as i have a dealership and was always charged a trade rate. Made an appointment by telephone and discussed this all and the guy said when you come in we can price match later just bring the car in. When i arrived the guy at the desk went inside and disappeared and the manager came out. Awesome customer service, talked me through what I needed very clearly and helped discuss with me the best options for tyres for my budget. I was in and out within an hour and had 2 new tyres and a realignment. Thanks again!!
