Staff were nice, service was quick but when I got back I saw this on my alloys… when you’ve paid so much for tyres this is massive scrape is not something you should expect, especially since the car itself is a month old..
Great engineer, really helpful and understanding. I had a free tyre check, but was aware that I had a slow puncture. Lots of options available as the tyre needed changing, all explained really well. Job done in speedy time, too.
The team were so busy on a frosty Sunday. But made time to fit in a tyre change after mine blew in the morning. Same day repair and while I waited, I noticed the team didn’t stop - seeing to customers, repairing, answering calls etc. Thank you for getting me back going the same day so I could get to work.
Found out I had a popped tyre late Thursday, rang up and Irfan booked me in to drop the car off Friday morning as I had a business meeting to get to Friday afternoon. Irfan was an absolute hero, told me how long it would take, what they needed to etc. Irfan then rang me about an hour later to say it was done (which was a couple hours quicker than expected) allowing me to pick it up and get on my way. Thank you Irfan, you absolute star!!
