These guys are really good. The branch operates in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. I walked in early and asked when the job would be completed. I was told '2:40'. The job started on time and the locking wheel nut was returned to me at 2:39. Job done. Why can't all consumer facing businesses work like that? Thanks a lot.

Excellent Service! Came in on a Sunday for a Wheel Alignment check as I had new springs fitted. I was seen immediately, all staff were extremely kind and the whole process was as smooth as it could be. Will be visiting again!

Absolutely outstanding service from the team at Kwik Fit Wells road. I did not have an appointment as my tyre blew out unexpectedly, so I walked in with my wheel expecting to be turned away as it was a Saturday and there were lots of vehicles on the forecourt. Instead, I had the tyre replaced in about 10 minutes and was able to get my car back on the road in under 24hrs instead of a few days (every mobile fitting service was showing Tuesday earliest!) Quick and friendly service. Came on my lunchbreak to get a new tyre and the staff were so quick in helping me out. Decent pricing and great advice. Really appreciated their help today.
