Absolutely outstanding service from the team at Kwik Fit Wells road. I did not have an appointment as my tyre blew out unexpectedly, so I walked in with my wheel expecting to be turned away as it was a Saturday and there were lots of vehicles on the forecourt. Instead, I had the tyre replaced in about 10 minutes and was able to get my car back on the road in under 24hrs instead of a few days (every mobile fitting service was showing Tuesday earliest!) Excellent Service! Came in on a Sunday for a Wheel Alignment check as I had new springs fitted. I was seen immediately, all staff were extremely kind and the whole process was as smooth as it could be. Will be visiting again!

I recently had to have my Kia Picanto fixed after I managed to hit the near side front wheel into a high kerb causing the tyre to burst and other significant damage. We managed to get my car to the garage, we sourced a new wheel but further repairs were needed and new tyres. We booked a check for Sunday morning. Chap who dealt with us was very informative and booked us in for new exhaust for Tuesday as had to order exhaust on Monday. Went above and beyond.

I always get the best service. I have been visiting for a while and everytime, it's service with a smile on top of good service. I would definitely recommend
