Amazing service by Peter! Checked my tyres last minute and made sure there was no damage or punctures, despite they were really busy and managed to squeeze me in last minute - the prioritised my safety and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive long distances. Thank you!
When I came in, I found the man on reception quite rude and very abrupt. Every time I tried to explain something, he kept cutting across me and didn’t really let me speak. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. There was also confusion over my appointment time, which caused unnecessary hassle. What concerns me most, though, is the price I was quoted. I was satisfied with the quality of work. The colleague Taukeer was also friendly and professional which made easy to ask questions. Great job guys!
Everything was brilliant, I forgot about the appointment and got there late after calling to see if I could still go - everything was going well - until I drove away - both rear tyres had been under inflated - this only was flagged by the car when I drove away and I was in a long queue of traffic (so I couldn't return easily) I went to Tesco and inflated correctly. It was a schoolboy error - but did effect our overall experience - and if my wife was on her own, in the dark - it's quite worrying.
Quick service and repair of my vehicle. Kept me update to date and fully explained what went worng / the parts function and the possible reasons to why it went worng. Great staff at this store.
