While heading to Leicester for a day trip, something triggered one of the tire sensors. We pulled over, checked the tire. It wasn’t flat, but I knew it was wise to get the car to a shop. Easy too book a home visit to get 2 new caravan tyres fitted. Kept informed throughout with confirmation text and email.. Sent me reminders and on the day the time of the appointment. Also sent message when on route and arrived on time. Very professional, friendly and helpful.. would highly recommend and use again.
Shame I won’t be back as have moved to the area and used a few times. Was booked in today at 10.45 am. Everyone was lovely, besides the one older guy with grey hair who actually does the MOT. He was so extremely rude and arrogant and let the whole place down. You should think about who you’re hiring as you’ve just lost yourselves 4 cars and I won’t be recommending any one to this branch.
Greeted warmly and politely Had AC refilled. Given a time limit so went shopping. Job done and vehicle ready in given time Upon pick up staff were courteous. Would definitely recommend.
