While heading to Leicester for a day trip, something triggered one of the tire sensors. We pulled over, checked the tire. It wasn’t flat, but I knew it was wise to get the car to a shop. We took it to KwikFit Leicester - Wigston on Sunday, so grateful it was open! The staff member who greeted us, I believe he was the manager that day, was so warm and friendly. The guys here are great, always use them for my MOT. They take you out to the car to view any issues that might have arisen. And have always allowed me to get my MOT and a decent and honest price

Shame I won’t be back as have moved to the area and used a few times. Was booked in today at 10.45 am. Everyone was lovely, besides the one older guy with grey hair who actually does the MOT. He was so extremely rude and arrogant and let the whole place down. You should think about who you’re hiring as you’ve just lost yourselves 4 cars and I won’t be recommending any one to this branch.
