Easy too book a home visit to get 2 new caravan tyres fitted. Kept informed throughout with confirmation text and email.. Sent me reminders and on the day the time of the appointment. Also sent message when on route and arrived on time. Very professional, friendly and helpful.. would highly recommend and use again.
Greeted warmly and politely Had AC refilled. Given a time limit so went shopping. Job done and vehicle ready in given time Upon pick up staff were courteous. Would definitely recommend.
Very good service, tyre was replaced quickly and at a very competitive cost. Online booking was easy and the staff were friendly. Was sent a full report after the works with photos of the old tyre etc... Waiting area was accessible and clean, but only had a few chairs so while it was fine at the time I went, you might struggle to get a seat there to wait at busier times Definitely a million times better than Halfords, where I previously went and received the worst service of my life xD
I went to this establishment to get my exhaust was leaking. The guys at the reception were excellent., They asked me to wait in the reception and had a look my car on the lift and told me the problem and ordered the part required and asked me to come later on in the day Went back at the time and the job was done first class. Thank you very much. Will definitely go to them with my other family cars.
I recently visited Kwik Fit Tyres for an MOT, which I had prepaid and prebooked online for 3:15 PM. Wanting to ensure there was ample time, I arrived 25 minutes early and was happy to wait while having a coffee. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the reception greeted me, took my details, and assured me that my car was booked in and would be ready within 45 minutes to an hour.
