I thought I had a slow puncture but didn't know if the tyre was damaged and needed replacing. KIm was particularly helpful. The team examined the tyre- it was only a faulty valve which they fixed on the spot. And no charge! Very impressed and they've got a lot of goodwill with me from that small gesture. Cheers guys.

I took my car in today to Kwik fit Cricklewood concerned i had l low pressure in one tyre. Steve checked all my tyres for me. Great service and with a smile. thank you Steve

I’ve used KwikFit many times and I’ve usually been impressed. Not today: I booked in the car online for a replacement tire. It appears some four other customers were all booked for the same time. I waited an hour before the car was even seen and then the 20 minute estimate to swap over the tire took the best part of another hour. Really very poor service and no-one seemed to feel the need to apologise for my long wait. Choose another branch….
