Cricklewood Kwikfit are excellent! I have had reason to visit them twice and on both occasions they have been highly efficient. - and nice with it. Today I had the good fortune to be seen by Steve who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a motability customer being treated with a bit of care goes a helluva long way! Thank you
I had to get a couple of tyres changed at short notice. The receptionist was extremely helpful over the phone helping me arrange an appointment around my work schedule. Whilst I was waiting to find out the findings from the mechanic the receptionist was very engaging and friendly and told me all about tyre insurance. The mechanic was very informative and helpful me decide what purchases I should make to repair the car.
Kim was amazing!! She helped me with a flat tyre within seconds and was so polite. She made my whole year! (It’s Zana by the way, posting from a friends account) we love Kimmmmmmm
This branch works very efficiently. I had to replace 2 tyres and was super impressed by the courteous and professional service. Kim, who seems to run the office, was particularly impressive.
These guys are top shelf. Great professionalism great customer service and a very short waiting time. Highly recommend AAA++++ a bit of a delay in writing this as been so busy. Work done last month on my black disco
