Cricklewood Kwikfit are excellent! I have had reason to visit them twice and on both occasions they have been highly efficient. - and nice with it. Today I had the good fortune to be seen by Steve who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a motability customer being treated with a bit of care goes a helluva long way! Thank you
Big thanks to the guys at KwikFit today! After a recent Service and MOT (not from KwikFit) my turbo pipe was disconnected and causing issues. I pulled up with no appointment, the guys took time out of their busy day to help me reattach in a matter of minutes. Great Customer Service!

I would strongly advise against using Kwik Fit for wheel alignment or tyre replacement. An alignment carried out at the Cricklewood branch was done using incorrect vehicle data, which led to the car pulling, vibrations at speed, and premature tyre wear on a recently replaced tyre from another Kwik Fit branch. This resulted in multiple return visits, extra costs, and ongoing safety concerns. I had a really great experience at the Cricklewood branch of Kwik Fit. Their customer service was efficient, helpful, kind, very good value for money. Kim in particular went out of her way to look after me. I can’t rate them highly enough and definitely recommend them.
