I had to get a couple of tyres changed at short notice. The receptionist was extremely helpful over the phone helping me arrange an appointment around my work schedule. Whilst I was waiting to find out the findings from the mechanic the receptionist was very engaging and friendly and told me all about tyre insurance. The mechanic was very informative and helpful me decide what purchases I should make to repair the car.
Cricklewood Kwikfit are excellent! I have had reason to visit them twice and on both occasions they have been highly efficient. - and nice with it. Today I had the good fortune to be seen by Steve who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a motability customer being treated with a bit of care goes a helluva long way! Thank you
I had a really great experience at the Cricklewood branch of Kwik Fit. Their customer service was efficient, helpful, kind, very good value for money. Kim in particular went out of her way to look after me. I can’t rate them highly enough and definitely recommend them.
I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! I needed an MOT test and was able to book for the next day, which was fantastic! 👍 Arrived on time, signed in quickly, and dropped off my keys. They said it would take an hour. I returned early, waited in the seating area, and was soon called up with great news—my MOT passed! 🙌 Excellent service and well-managed. I’ll definitely book my car servicing here next time! 👌
