My front driver side tyre got damaged when I hit the island on the keep left sign last night. Today my son in law who used to live next door to Kwik Fit helped me change the damaged tyre and take it for repair. Kim who attended to us promptly when we got there at 10am. She was so understanding and agreed to have a new tyre fitted as long we were happy to leave the car behind. Within an hour we got a call back saying the car was ready. I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! I needed an MOT test and was able to book for the next day, which was fantastic! 👍 Arrived on time, signed in quickly, and dropped off my keys. They said it would take an hour. I returned early, waited in the seating area, and was soon called up with great news—my MOT passed! 🙌 Excellent service and well-managed. I’ll definitely book my car servicing here next time! 👌
Superb customer service. Helped us out with a puncture. The team was professional, friendly and quick. Kim was really good and made sure we were back on the road asap, particularly since we had a 4 hour journey ahead of us!
