Incredible experience!! A lovely lady called Kim made my day. I turned up without an appointment for a small repair job and she was like a superwoman. I was in and out super quick with excellent service and cost effective work! Very rare to still get such a personal, warm customer service. Thanks Kim!!!
The guys at the Cricklewood site were able to sort a split tyre out for us very quickly. We pulled up having a limp from a mile down the road and they were able to get us in and out with two new tires in less than an hour despite being incredibly busy
Very positive experience and great customer service by Nico and Khalid. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they managed to squeeze me in earlier than when I'd originally booked my appointment. Will be going back for other car maintenance needs.
I am happy to say that I will be coming back here, Josh has been very helpful with my Toyota Yaris’s Wheel Alignment. The service he provided was immaculate. During the wheel alignment process we had a small conversation and he was excited to tell me about his goals and aspirations to be a service technician. I was very happy with the customer service of the technician Jason. He was very busy at the time of me coming dealing with other cars, but rather then allowing me to find somewhere else he chose to work through his lunchtime to repair my what ended up to be two tyres. That truly going that extra mile for someone and I am truly appreciative.
