I had an excellent experience with Kwik Fit, and I would like to give special thanks to Kajee. I came in with a flat tyre and they were fully booked, but Kajee still took the time to inspect my tyre and genuinely tried to help. He went above and beyond by arranging an alternative booking for me at another location and communicating with them directly, which saved me a lot of stress and time. Cricklewood Kwikfit are excellent! I have had reason to visit them twice and on both occasions they have been highly efficient. - and nice with it. I had to get a couple of tyres changed at short notice. The receptionist was extremely helpful over the phone helping me arrange an appointment around my work schedule. Whilst I was waiting to find out the findings from the mechanic the receptionist was very engaging and friendly and told me all about tyre insurance. The mechanic was very informative and helpful me decide what purchases I should make to repair the car.
Big thanks to the guys at KwikFit today! After a recent Service and MOT (not from KwikFit) my turbo pipe was disconnected and causing issues. I pulled up with no appointment, the guys took time out of their busy day to help me reattach in a matter of minutes. Great Customer Service!
