Kwik Fit? More like SLOW Fit! Friday 27th March: I turned up to this Kwik Fit as I noticed my front two tyres had nails in them. I had insurance so asked the receptionist to order me the tyres I already had. Super friendly service. These guys are so busy, but will look after you. In my case? I thought I had some issues with the rear brakes. They checked, gave me thumbs up and off I went - without even being charged as the issue got resolved just with some clear up. Thanks!
Great for replacing tyres, and the service is good. However, not a good idea to get an M.O.T done there. Unless you have an MOT issue with your tyres, there is not much they can do, so you have to toddle off to a garage to get the fault remedied. Better to go to said garage in the first place and get your MOT done there. As i said, nothing against them and i would use them for tyre replacement, i just would never have them do my MOT again.
Received friendly advice when I called for a quotation to replace some tyres. Staff member on the line was very patient with all my Q&As and I didn't feel rushed. Booked appointment online, was seen on time and got a call to say the car was ready for collection. Great service from start to finish by staff and branch manager. Will use again.
