I've been to a lot of Kwik fits and this one always makes me feel bad about turning up. I belong to motability and I always feel like I shouldn't be there. I'm wasting their time. They are always super busy and I get it because all of the other ones are but the unfriendliness is too much for me .They don't make me feel good. I'm not going back. You don't have any friendliness, a smile would do. Can't fault the work. I suppose that's what they're there for. Not to be friendly but just to work.
Received friendly advice when I called for a quotation to replace some tyres. Staff member on the line was very patient with all my Q&As and I didn't feel rushed. Booked appointment online, was seen on time and got a call to say the car was ready for collection. Great service from start to finish by staff and branch manager. Will use again.
Used them 7 times for tyres over the past 5 years on 2 cars. Always had a courteous service. However, it took 3 visits on the last occasion for them to find a puncture. I purchased a new tyre, I paid for them to correct my tracking and they left the nut loose. Lucky I took the car for a B service the following day. I will continue to buy tyres from them as they are good value, but I won't let them do anything more advanced, too many poorly supervised apprentices.
