Amazing service at Kwik Fit! I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment yesterday, but I turned up today at 9 AM quite confused. The staff was incredibly polite and understanding; they smiled, told me my appointment was actually yesterday, but said 'no problem at all, we will sort it out for you today'. They fit my Tesla Model Y with 4 new Hankook iON tyres quickly and professionally. Kwik Fit? More like SLOW Fit! Friday 27th March: I turned up to this Kwik Fit as I noticed my front two tyres had nails in them. I had insurance so asked the receptionist to order me the tyres I already had. He booked me in for Monday 2nd March 10:30 and I asked him to double confirm if the tyres would be there when I arrive as the previous year this same branch made me turn up and the tyres hadn't been delivered (bear in mind I live 30-40 mins away) Instead of calling me, I drove all the way there to find this out and have... read more
My car was serviced and has four new tyres. The whole process, booking, collection, was very smooth and hassle free. The staff were, as always, very polite and eager to help and assist.
Great for replacing tyres, and the service is good. However, not a good idea to get an M.O.T done there. Unless you have an MOT issue with your tyres, there is not much they can do, so you have to toddle off to a garage to get the fault remedied. Better to go to said garage in the first place and get your MOT done there. As i said, nothing against them and i would use them for tyre replacement, i just would never have them do my MOT again.
