Amazing service at Kwik Fit! I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment yesterday, but I turned up today at 9 AM quite confused. The staff was incredibly polite and understanding; they smiled, told me my appointment was actually yesterday, but said 'no problem at all, we will sort it out for you today'. They fit my Tesla Model Y with 4 new Hankook iON tyres quickly and professionally. They have all the right tools and equipment for Tesla vehicles, so you don’t need to go to an official service centre. Highly recommended,... read more
A huge thank you to Miki! From the moment we arrived, you were the first to greet us and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Your personable nature, combined with your professionalism, truly sets you apart. The level of customer service you provided is exceptional and greatly appreciated. If we return in the future, we will absolutely be asking for you by name. You are a real asset to the team at Elephant and Castle Kwik Fit, and we hope your hard work is fully recognised!

He told me to book it online. I said but I'm on the phone to you so can you give me a price. He told me they didn't have my preferred tyre in stock and didn't offer an alternative. He said they ha... read more
Terrible customer service over the phone, I anted to ask about a part I need, the guy wasn’t interested in advising at all, he even didn’t ask which part I’m after…All I got as a response is bring your car, leave it with us and we will see, he had no idea as to how long would it take, wether they would be able to even order the part I’m after (which he never asked about). Wouldn’t recommend.
