Amazing service at Kwik Fit! I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment yesterday, but I turned up today at 9 AM quite confused. The staff was incredibly polite and understanding; they smiled, told me my appointment was actually yesterday, but said 'no problem at all, we will sort it out for you today'. They fit my Tesla Model Y with 4 new Hankook iON tyres quickly and professionally. The young Chinese staff member rescheduled my appointment on the spot when I arrived because they had overbooked. On my follow-up visit, he claimed my car wouldn’t fit on their alignment plates as an excuse. A total waste of my time.
My appointment was 10am Sunday 29/3 and my windscreen wipers were replaced on time and with ease. He also checked my tyres which was very reassuring. It was a good experience, I will return again. Than you!
My car was serviced and has four new tyres. The whole process, booking, collection, was very smooth and hassle free. The staff were, as always, very polite and eager to help and assist.
