Received friendly advice when I called for a quotation to replace some tyres. Staff member on the line was very patient with all my Q&As and I didn't feel rushed. Booked appointment online, was seen on time and got a call to say the car was ready for collection. Great service from start to finish by staff and branch manager. Will use again.
Absolutely the best experience ever with any Kwik Fit. Arrived there with tyres losing air. They checked, fixed and job done. No nonsense, no waiting, just down to the job. Rarely have such a perfect experience of customer service anywhere. I am a 100% satisfied customer. Thank you!
Used them 7 times for tyres over the past 5 years on 2 cars. Always had a courteous service. However, it took 3 visits on the last occasion for them to find a puncture. I purchased a new tyre, I paid for them to correct my tracking and they left the nut loose. Lucky I took the car for a B service the following day. I will continue to buy tyres from them as they are good value, but I won't let them do anything more advanced, too many poorly supervised apprentices.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at your branch. I visited earlier this week to have new tyres fitted, but after spending around 20 minutes waiting, I felt completely ignored by the staff. During this time, I also observed one of the technicians speaking to a customer in a very disrespectful manner, which made me even more uncomfortable and ultimately led me to leave.
