Just want to say i had excellent customer service from the manager Mark. Despite them being busy he was helpful and made sure my car was dealt with efficiently. He’s been working for kwik fit for 28 years and i can see why they've kept him. Excellent customer service. Kwik fit how about a pay rise for Mark!!! Hard to come across loyalty and commitment these days.

Big Thanks to Keith who repaired my tire this morning. Genuine nice guy working at quick fit for many years. One of a kind. He’s definitely one of the kind of employees that are hard to find and should be appreciated by the company. Good conversation, aswell as a quick and professional job carried out. Polite staff and efficient and as the name says Kwik as in fast on the job soon as we pulled in 2 new tyres good choice in makes and price. I use this garage for my MOT’s too dam efficient. Thank you guys.

I recently took my car to Kwit for Mot , and unfortunately my experience with their customer service left a lot to be desired. The technician who attended to my vehicle was arrogantly dismissive, responding to every question I had with impatience and even turning my legitimate concerns back on me as if I were at fault. I won’t be returning to this branch and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values basic courtesy and respect.
