I took my vehicle in for a MOT. I returned later to pick it up only to discover it had failed due to the rear middle seat belt locking when pulled. I then took my vehicle to another MOT station, who told me that it was working how it should, and it locks if you pull it too quickly. I had to pay for another MOT, which it passed without any problems. I will never use 'Kwik Fit' again because it felt like it was a revenue building exercise!

Just want to say i had excellent customer service from the manager Mark. Despite them being busy he was helpful and made sure my car was dealt with efficiently. He’s been working for kwik fit for 28 years and i can see why they've kept him. Excellent customer service. Kwik fit how about a pay rise for Mark!!! Hard to come across loyalty and commitment these days.

Visited these guys yesterday as I hit some potholes pretty hard and was worried I'd messed up the tracking on my car. Booked in for a free wheel alignment check. Was there for 30 minutes; they checked it, gave me a print out and a smile, and I was on my way. Really good service. Will consider them in future for similar stuff.

Big Thanks to Keith who repaired my tire this morning. Genuine nice guy working at quick fit for many years. One of a kind. He’s definitely one of the kind of employees that are hard to find and should be appreciated by the company. Good conversation, aswell as a quick and professional job carried out. Give this gentleman a raise #Kwik Fit Thank You Keith 🙏🏻
