Lovely service from Vanessa and her team today to fix my puncture on my x-trail. Done as fast as they could so I could get home in time for my children. I recommend as they were so nice despite being short staffed ☺️☺️
Poor communication. Required a puncture repair on a tyre. Advised an hour. Had a 2yr old to contend with. Advised at drop off to reception, it was a rental car, “no problem” Almost 2 hours later and vehicle still not fixed. Did not communicate anything. Advised needed approval from rental company. Got approval and replaced tyre. “I just assumed you knew all this” also got in the car and this was the tyre pressures! Almost 3 hours to have rectified. Would not recommend
Highly recommend. Welcoming and friendly Folks that work there. Patience and Professionalism. Would personally like to call out on Tyler. He listened to issues around my car and even stayed late so I could pick up. We found there were other issues to which the Regional Manager Riaz personally took account for and organised for a complete fix. I was really impressed. Riaz is such a gentleman.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Forty Lane, Wembley branch. I booked my car for an MOT and full service on 22/12/2025 and dropped it off at 8:30 a.m. Despite calling several times to check on the status, I was only able to collect my car at 5:45 p.m. Upon collection, I noticed a strange noise when starting the engine.
