I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Forty Lane, Wembley branch. I booked my car for an MOT and full service on 22/12/2025 and dropped it off at 8:30 a.m. Despite calling several times to check on the status, I was only able to collect my car at 5:45 p.m. Upon collection, I noticed a strange noise when starting the engine. The team were fantastic. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road in next to no time. My onboard computer indicated I had a flat - the pressure was dropping. Drove straight to Kwik Fit and it was like going into a pitstop at an F1 track. Fast and efficient.
I was very grateful to the manager Vanessa who fitted me in on an incredibly busy day. My car had broken down and I had been advised by my breakdown guy I needed a new battery. As a disabled driver my car is vital, so the fact that I was accommodated when I could so easily have been told they couldn’t due to volume of work was fantastic.
I booked an appointment for a full service, but the lady told me to change the brake disc and she changed like this. Within a month this is the situation. Now I have to spend again to get a brand one. They are using doggy and they charged around £1,600.00 I never ever go back again. If you want to use this Wembley Kwik Fit then up to you guys good luck ….
