Vanessa was very kind to sort out my puncture quite late in the day, even with a back log. Tyler did a fantastic job at sorting it out at very late notice. It meant that they had to finish late, and they understood I couldn’t come another day. I always appreciate amazing customer service, Kwik Fit Wembley definitely delivered today. Thank you!
I was attended to swiftly and professionally by the Wembley Park branch of kwik Fit. No appointment and yet, they looked after me and my car. Great team.Thank you guys especially the lady boss there. Amazing woman she is. Well done to you!
Absolutely loved my experience. Here are a few details: 1: I originally booked for the 7th of April for a at home service but couldn’t make it due to work. 2: I called the helpline and they were able to take my appointment and move it earlier to the 31st of March in 10 minutes once they confirmed they had the tire. 3: When I went to the centre, I realised my tires had a locking wheel nut (which was okay) but one of the tires was found up so tightly that removing it was near impossible. 4: The team spent time and all their ef... read more
Chasing the money, you can take a new car to the Kwikfit and they can find a lot of stuff that must be replaced , I used them few times and every single time the experience was very bad! Definitely not using Kwikfit again! The staff is rude as well! Avoid
