Could not recommend this service enough. Vanessa was amazing and her customer service skills were above and beyond, fit me in for a MOT on a Sunday and the whole experience was quick and efficient. Thank you Vanessa for how professional you were.
I am absolutely impressed with KwikFit Wembley. I came in this morning extremely stressed out, I normally avoid garages simply because they can make things so difficult but my expectations were beyond exceeded. I would recommend this centre as the customer service, care especially from Vanessa was outstanding. She is a manager that deserves the world simply because she puts her customers first. Vanessa was very kind to sort out my puncture quite late in the day, even with a back log. Tyler did a fantastic job at sorting it out at very late notice. It meant that they had to finish late, and they understood I couldn’t come another day. I always appreciate amazing customer service, Kwik Fit Wembley definitely delivered today. Thank you!
