I was very grateful to the manager Vanessa who fitted me in on an incredibly busy day. My car had broken down and I had been advised by my breakdown guy I needed a new battery. As a disabled driver my car is vital, so the fact that I was accommodated when I could so easily have been told they couldn’t due to volume of work was fantastic.
Went in for an issue which i noticed coming from the front of my car, was informed this was a result of the wishbone needing work. I was clearly told that if they replaced the wishbone on both sides of my car there would be no issues and I would not need a realignment. Since getting my car back my car now drifts to the right and the sterring wheel is not straight, I called them only for them to tell me I need an alignment after getting work done on the wishbone and will need to pay for this. I booked an appointment for a full service, but the lady told me to change the brake disc and she changed like this. Within a month this is the situation. Now I have to spend again to get a brand one. They are using doggy and they charged around £1,600.00 I never ever go back again. If you want to use this Wembley Kwik Fit then up to you guys good luck ….
Vanessa was very kind to sort out my puncture quite late in the day, even with a back log. Tyler did a fantastic job at sorting it out at very late notice. It meant that they had to finish late, and they understood I couldn’t come another day. I always appreciate amazing customer service, Kwik Fit Wembley definitely delivered today. Thank you!
