DON’T BOTHER FILLING THEIR FEEDBACK FORM ONLINE, IT’S A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY WON’T BE ON CUSTOMERS SIDE ANYWAYS I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Kwik Fit Wembley Park, and I feel compelled to warn others. I was very grateful to the manager Vanessa who fitted me in on an incredibly busy day. My car had broken down and I had been advised by my breakdown guy I needed a new battery. As a disabled driver my car is vital, so the fact that I was accommodated when I could so easily have been told they couldn’t due to volume of work was fantastic.

I am absolutely impressed with KwikFit Wembley. I came in this morning extremely stressed out, I normally avoid garages simply because they can make things so difficult but my expectations were beyond exceeded. I would recommend this centre as the customer service, care especially from Vanessa was outstanding. She is a manager that deserves the world simply because she puts her customers first. Huge credit to Tyler at Kwik Fit Wembley. I turned up in my 8-seater people carrier with a real emergency — both the spare and the wheel on the vehicle were punctured. This type of job would normally be handled at a Kwik Fit Plus site, but Tyler dealt with it calmly and professionally. Not every branch can accommodate a vehicle that size, but he made it happen safely and without fuss. What really stood out was his attitude. Could not recommend this service enough. Vanessa was amazing and her customer service skills were above and beyond, fit me in for a MOT on a Sunday and the whole experience was quick and efficient. Thank you Vanessa for how professional you were.
