Two new rear tyre on my BMW for a good price but scratched the life out of the rims putting them on. They left the rims covered in sealant so I didn’t notice at the time. Only washed my car today and uncovered the damage under the tyre sealant. Fantastic! The rims were perfect before this. Black gloss as well so it stands out. Update - 2 stars to 4; After raising the issue with Kwik-fit I can’t fault the aftercare in the slightest. They resolved the issue no quibble and I got my rims repaired. Rear tyre fitted a couple of days ago and today I thought I could hear a noise from exhaust. Exhaust checked no problems found. No cost for checking. On both occasions (tyre and exhaust) found staff very friendly Many thanks George
Very/polite & friendly staff. Everything was explained clearly including email detailing everything. They did the MOT & service. They have also done the same for my husbands car & can’t fault them.
Great garage, was in a bad situation being 200 miles from home with a broken shock absorber but they managed to fit me in and get me sorted - thank you so much for helping. Lovely staff, would recommend.
I am writing to raise a complaint with the substandard online booking process. I made a booking for Thursday the 17th of April online. It took the payment. Said it was complete but no confirmation came through. I had to fill out a web assistant form who could not resolve it and then call up. If I had not spotted this I would have not known anyone would not turn up. There is no account information to log into. This is not acceptable.
