My son's front tyre exploded they advised if possible to get a rescue truck to not damage the car even though we were round the corner. We got the rescue truck to bring him here as we have used them quite a few times. Excellent service and they said we may need extra work which we didn't in the end. Great advice and great customer service. Highly recommended.
Two new rear tyre on my BMW for a good price but scratched the life out of the rims putting them on. They left the rims covered in sealant so I didn’t notice at the time. Only washed my car today and uncovered the damage under the tyre sealant. Fantastic! The rims were perfect before this. Black gloss as well so it stands out. Update - 2 stars to 4; After raising the issue with Kwik-fit I can’t fault the aftercare in the slightest. They resolved the issue no quibble and I got my rims repaired. Very helpful and welcoming got me straight in and replaced all 4 tyres within the hour and gave me a little discount
There was not much to make me unhappy - except, on line the KwikFit site seems to indicate up to 1 hour for the recharge process so I made arrangements for a timed appointment and to wait in the reception. However, I was told it would take about two hours. Perhaps a customer friendly approach would be to include the expected time for the job on your website.
Great service was done within the hour very helpful got me straight in without an appointment
