Needed a replacement bracket fitted to the front exhaust. The local garage that services my car ordered the new bracket and arranged to fit the day before I headed off on a long and busy road trip. My son's front tyre exploded they advised if possible to get a rescue truck to not damage the car even though we were round the corner. We got the rescue truck to bring him here as we have used them quite a few times. Excellent service and they said we may need extra work which we didn't in the end. Great advice and great customer service. Highly recommended.
Two new rear tyre on my BMW for a good price but scratched the life out of the rims putting them on. They left the rims covered in sealant so I didn’t notice at the time. Only washed my car today and uncovered the damage under the tyre sealant. Fantastic! The rims were perfect before this. Black gloss as well so it stands out. The car sailed through its MOT with no work needed. As such I was very pleased. The test was undertaken inside the allocated hour which was great. The only negative I would flag which does give me cause for concern is that I took the same car to Kwikfit Jesmond in June for a service dues to the car feeling like it was struggling a bit. I took to Kwikfit Jesmond because my usual Kwikfit branch - the one in Dukesmoor, Gosforth (used for this MOT) did not have availability.
