Booked for an MOT, which was completed in good time in accordance with my appointment. The car failed and as it was Friday afternoon, they couldn't get me back in until Monday morning. The subsequent repair was again, completed pretty quickly. My only complaint about the experience was I thought the repair was expensive. I also didn't like that I was charged an MOT retest fee. Great, fast and efficient service with a great price for the replacement tyre I needed. Used Kwik Fit a couple of weeks ago to have a different tyre replaced, and had great service then which is why I went back this time. Great to be able to just walk in when you need emergency work done and it can be done either straight away or on the same day. Really helpful and pleasant staff at the Jesmond Road branch in Newcastle.

Called up at 6pm because my tyres were being fitted remotely and needed to purchase insurance in store, the fitting hadn't yet finished and I admit it was past closing time. Asked if they could help or hang on 5 minutes until I could quickly get to them as I didn't want my tyres uninsured overnight (they had been deliberately slashed). Was told: "I don't get paid overtime and I have plans, i have 5 aside" Called up a different location who were more than happy to help. I was in Newcastle on a training course, 90miles from home, and managed to get a puncture. I called into another Kwik Fit who didn’t have time to fit me in, but they spoke to Paul who said to come straight round. The service was fantastic from start to finish, the whole team were welcoming, courteous and genuinely couldn’t have done any more to get me back on the road.
