Got a screw in our tyre, so came to have it fixed on Sunday. We thought we might have to change the tyre but they measured it and confirmed it reparable. Whilst waiting, I used the toilet and it was so clean with a diffuser in it. It only costed £29 as well! You're our life savers, thank you :)
Disgusting customer service! Waited in reception and nobody came to even say 'good morning, how can I help you?' 2 people working in the garage and nobody in reception. 5 Customers were seated there and nobody knew when they were going to be attended! Kwik fit is the name of this business....who are you kidding???!
The staff were highly professional and respectful and for all the customers they have they do live by the name. The Manager and staff resolve issues if you talk to them. Great and secure parking and very easy to find on a main road
I went to the reception desk and told the mechanic that I had a noise on ny car.. ( my frind said it might be your exhaust) so i took it to Kwik fit in Bulwell. The mechanic checked it and said it is not your exhaust. He took it for a drive and said it is my wheel bearing. He is very professional. A excellent , good mechanic . He said he can fix it. Polite staff trying to be helpful, but poor communication. Staff here found a problem with my car, which failed it's MOT on Saturday. On Monday, I dropped the car off before 9am as instructed to have the problem fixed that day. They finally told me about half an hour before closing that they couldn't and wouldn't fix it. That was too late for me to collect the car that day and forced me to stay another night in Nottingham. Suggestion: Prioritise giving bad news.
