Called in on the off chance they could help me with a couple of tyres that was low. Jake was friendly/ professional and helpful and explained what needed doing and carried out the required. The garage was busy but Jake managed to fit me in. Really pleased. Would 100% recommend. Will definitely be returning.
Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Phoned up asked if they could fit me in for 1 tyre. Told to come down and I may have to wait a little but they'll get me in asap (expecting about an hrs wait). Drove 20 miles due to the van being fleet and I was on site. Got there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 1/2 hrs. So went outside changed my own tyre ( the spare was new tread) so I could leave it with them and pick it up later on, only to be told because its fleet i have to leave the van. Got a screw in our tyre, so came to have it fixed on Sunday. We thought we might have to change the tyre but they measured it and confirmed it reparable. Whilst waiting, I used the toilet and it was so clean with a diffuser in it. It only costed £29 as well! You're our life savers, thank you :)
Paid for an alignment and the car started veering to the left, which it has never done before. Went back the next day to have it fixed and was sent away without them even having another look. The member of staff we spoke to blamed their colleague and said if it's still an issue to come back next week, so they have wasted both our time and the company's. Highly unprofessional. Will be taking the complaint further.
I would have been stranded in Nottingham without the help of the kwik fit staff. I was supposed to drive the 75 miles back home on the day so not having the car was a major stress. Regardless of the fact it was a busy day for the mechanics, they were superb to stretch themselves to get me driving away on the same day - I am so grateful!!
