Got a screw in our tyre, so came to have it fixed on Sunday. We thought we might have to change the tyre but they measured it and confirmed it reparable. Whilst waiting, I used the toilet and it was so clean with a diffuser in it. It only costed £29 as well! You're our life savers, thank you :)

The team were excellent and clearly explained the root cause of our issue. I would definitely use them again especially as they were open on Sunday too. Cost was very competitive also.

Fantastic service, took both front tyres off within 5 minutes and replaced them & we was off on our travels. Absolutely amazing customer service and very quick. They checked all my tyres whilst it was in & tracked the car also.

I normally use Lindleys for tyres but as they were closed I visited Kwik Fit today and had two new tyres. Excellent service from the two guys working at the garage as they spotted a puncture on a third tyre and instead of selling me a third tyre they were able to repair one of the originals that I thought was punctured (turns out it was a faulty valve). I felt let down at the end as the card machine was broken and I had to wait a further 40 minutes on top of the hour I had already waited for the work to be done as the card... read more

I visited Kwik Fit in Bulwell due to a slow puncture due to a nail in my tyre. The staff member I spoke to couldn't give me a straight answer about whether the tyre could even be changed that day which didn’t inspire much confidence and left me slightly confused. Despite this, I left my car with them to be looked at. When giving my details, I found it odd that the staff member asked if my surname was different to the one on record – it felt more like he was trying to “catch me out” than confirm details.
