I have never used Kwik Fit before, I Initially needed a wheel alignment done and another local garage had fobbed me off and not done the job at our request. This Kwik Fit garage was local and easy to get to and had good parking, so I booked in online for a free inspection and that worked well. On the day I was seen promptly and courteously and informed of the findings and cost and given the option to proceed or not. The work had to be done and there was a noticeable difference when I drove it away after. I was so happy w... read more
Visited to have two tyre sensors replaced and received excellent service from Glen. He talked me through what needed doing and explained everything clearly, and I didn’t have to wait long for the repair. What stood out most was how trustworthy and genuine he was – I felt completely confident in what he was telling me and that my car was in good hands. Really friendly, professional service and definitely deserving of five stars.
I walked in to see if I could get new front tyres fitted to my car. Lance was able to quickly book me in, despite the fact I hadn't made a booking, and checked the wheel alignment on my car as well. Fantastic professional service from Lance!
Why do car garages exist? Because they have the knowledge and tools to perform the work that is requested. Except, Quik-Fit refused to simply torque one of my wheels "because they didn't take the tyre off". So they'd rather I drive a car with a potentially loose wheel than spend the 30 seconds torquing it up. Absolutely useless.
Called in on the off chance they could help me with a couple of tyres that was low. Jake was friendly/ professional and helpful and explained what needed doing and carried out the required. The garage was busy but Jake managed to fit me in. Really pleased. Would 100% recommend. Will definitely be returning.
