Mitchell here is fantastic at his job! He's great at communicating, makes you feel welcome and at ease all with a friendly smile. My car was in for wheel alignment but after testing all was well and I'm extremely pleased to say they didn't charge me for that. Other staff members there could take note from him. No acknowledgement when entering reception, unhelpful attitude. Customer service is detrimental to retaining people. Mitchell.. You're going to go far in life! Thanks again, Kirsty
I had a brilliant experience here for a commercial fleet vehicle, as I had quite a nonstandard issue with my wheels that required investigation but I was in and out with brand new wheels in a matter of 24hours! Very pleased with the service and wanted to say a big thank you to the manager who talked me through the process and calmed my nerves (as this was my first time going to a garage). Go to ANY other garage. My wife had a bad experience at this garage and we vowed never to use it again. Unfortunately I found myself in need of a quick MOT and no other garage was available so I reluctantly booked it in. They failed the MOT on an 'arm ball joint dust cover' and they also provided me with a quotation to fix it. The quotation was £250! I felt that a dust cover could no way be £250 to fix so I rang my local garage who told me it will take them less than an hour and they'll charge me £40. I took it to my local... read more
Exceptional service, the team got my Range Rover evoque in the next day (as my mot ran out the same day I realised) they allowed me leave my car over night so I didn’t have to risk driving the next day! The team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, special mention to lance who I dealt with Great work guys, keep it up 👍🏾
Thank you so much to the brilliant Kwik Fit team, led by Gerrard, who put 2 new tyres on our Discovery late Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago. No other dealer had the tyres in stock and the flexibility to get us back on the road so we could get home! Fantastic service.
