Quite simply the best staff I have come across in any tyre centre. We were relayed there having had a puncture late on Sunday. They accommodated us by replacing tyre on our arrival. The fitter was extremely pleasant and had great attention to detail ensuring that everything was as good as it could be on the corner he was working on.
Don’t normally do reviews, but I felt that this level of service deserves a big shout out, from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with a smile, Lance (pretty sure that was his name, assistant manager) was fantastic, explaining how long my car was needed for its MOT. Mitchell here is fantastic at his job! He's great at communicating, makes you feel welcome and at ease all with a friendly smile. My car was in for wheel alignment but after testing all was well and I'm extremely pleased to say they didn't charge me for that. Other staff members there could take note from him. Once again....great friendly service, helpful, courteous. Can't fault them. Aug-25. Back again...instantly fitted in for a flat tyre. Good as ever. Oct-25. Back again for an MOT this time. They're always helpful. Just had a full engine rebuild and it was no issue for them taking care to not damage anything during the emissions test. Thumbs up again.
I had a brilliant experience here for a commercial fleet vehicle, as I had quite a nonstandard issue with my wheels that required investigation but I was in and out with brand new wheels in a matter of 24hours! Very pleased with the service and wanted to say a big thank you to the manager who talked me through the process and calmed my nerves (as this was my first time going to a garage).
