Lance & Sam. I should have done this review during the Easter Holiday of 2025. I was trying to locate a pair of tyres for my wife’s car and due to the bank holiday not many places were open. I hadn’t used this branch for about 30 years but decided to give them a go again. I am SO GLAD I did. I spoke with Lance on the phone and arranged to have two tyres fitted later on that day. Quite simply the best staff I have come across in any tyre centre. We were relayed there having had a puncture late on Sunday. They accommodated us by replacing tyre on our arrival. The fitter was extremely pleasant and had great attention to detail ensuring that everything was as good as it could be on the corner he was working on.
Extremely friendly and professional lads (Lance and Mitch) working at the centre. They are a credit to Kwik Fit. They gave an accurate and unbiased account of the problem. Really happy with the whole experience. Thank you so much guys, much appreciate everything.
Excellent service from Gerard and his team. He was able to see and diagnose my car straight away and squeezed it in to be sorted later that day. A very happy customer
An absolute waste of time, took it to the garage with a flat tyre. Waited over 2 hours to be told that the tyre was completely fine. However there was a rim leak that they couldn’t do which is fair. Once we got the car home we decided to pump the tyre up to find a massive hole seeping air in the tyre. It seemed like they never even checked the tyre or seemed to give any care to finding the issue. Don’t choose this place if you want and issue sorted.
