Utterly amazing place. Thank you so much for being super kind and sorting out my punctured tyre. Even though I thought that I'd need a new tyre, it was repaired instead. No attempt at upselling to a new tyre (apparently I didn't need one). Really feel as though I can trust this place and will definitely go back. To the guy who helped me yesterday, thank you SO MUCH.
Lance & Sam. I should have done this review during the Easter Holiday of 2025. I was trying to locate a pair of tyres for my wife’s car and due to the bank holiday not many places were open. I hadn’t used this branch for about 30 years but decided to give them a go again. I am SO GLAD I did. I spoke with Lance on the phone and arranged to have two tyres fitted later on that day. We had a slow puncture on our car and we needed a quick response because we were travelling to Norfolk, the KwikFit team were brilliant in finding a tiny hole on the inside wall of the tyre which unfortunately required us having to replace it, a replacement was found and fitted in no time and we were back on the road again. Many thanks for your very professional service
Quite simply the best staff I have come across in any tyre centre. We were relayed there having had a puncture late on Sunday. They accommodated us by replacing tyre on our arrival. The fitter was extremely pleasant and had great attention to detail ensuring that everything was as good as it could be on the corner he was working on.
Don’t normally do reviews, but I felt that this level of service deserves a big shout out, from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with a smile, Lance (pretty sure that was his name, assistant manager) was fantastic, explaining how long my car was needed for its MOT. For the first time ever, I received a phone call to let me know they had finished and my car had passed. I would never hesitate to use this branch of Kwik fit again.
