From ordering online to having my tyres fitted, the whole process was easy and straightforward. As I already knew the correct tyre size for my car and the brand I wanted, it didn’t take long to place my order. I paid for the tyres online and booked a Saturday afternoon appointment for fitting. I was extremely happy that I was able to get a slot then same day which is fantastic in itself. I want to personally thank Dave for his professional and friendly customer service skills. He went through the process alleviating anxieties I had regarding my car. I highly recommend Huntingdon branch and will be using here going forward for future repairs.
We had a slow puncture on our car and we needed a quick response because we were travelling to Norfolk, the KwikFit team were brilliant in finding a tiny hole on the inside wall of the tyre which unfortunately required us having to replace it, a replacement was found and fitted in no time and we were back on the road again. Tyres fitting was fine but when I arrived at 11:50 am for my 12 pm appointment. I was told the process but no more than hour. I popped out to lunch came back at about 12.40pm. At 1.30pm I was still sitting in the waiting room and I was beginning to get worried I could see my car had been completed and I had an urgent appointment at 2:30, which means I need to leave the service centre at 2 pm. Utterly amazing place. Thank you so much for being super kind and sorting out my punctured tyre. Even though I thought that I'd need a new tyre, it was repaired instead. No attempt at upselling to a new tyre (apparently I didn't need one). Really feel as though I can trust this place and will definitely go back. To the guy who helped me yesterday, thank you SO MUCH.
