We had a slow puncture on our car and we needed a quick response because we were travelling to Norfolk, the KwikFit team were brilliant in finding a tiny hole on the inside wall of the tyre which unfortunately required us having to replace it, a replacement was found and fitted in no time and we were back on the road again. Don’t normally do reviews, but I felt that this level of service deserves a big shout out, from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with a smile, Lance (pretty sure that was his name, assistant manager) was fantastic, explaining how long my car was needed for its MOT. Very slow service with no communication or updates as to what was happening. I've never been to any garage that took an hour to fit one tyre! However, Lance was helpful.
