I thought service was pretty average. Went in knowing with brake pads needed changing but said strange noise from front left. They changed pads and check drove car. They could not change rear as their computer would not work to release rear handbrake. OK I thought. Left from there to go on holiday. Awful noise and limped to Cornwall. Had to then get bearings changed and told car dangerous and they needed re adjust brake calipers . Just feel was poor. For some reason went back to get rear pads done but could still not sort. Called regarding a screw in the tyre. Was offered a next day appointment as they were close to closing the day I called and spoke to Jordan who was extremely helpful. Popped in the next day and was dealt with half an hour before my arranged appointment,and Jordan and the other young man were fast to sort the tyre out. These guys are truly polite,helpful,and fast in dealing with your problems. Glad they got me back on the road and driving again with no worry’s about the tyre. Thanks guys! I ordered from Kwik-fit because they said the tyres were in stock and could be fitted that day. I chose the fitting time of 3pm knowing I needed to be back home for 5 (this would leave plenty of time). I turned up at the booked slot and was told the tyres weren't there and unlikely to arrive before 4:30. They said they never know when they will get there. I needed them fitting that day and only had a small window to do it in so reluctantly agreed for a more expensive set to be fitted at an additional cost of £225. I was told... read more
