I went in for a wheel alignment check. Got the car in and everything was smooth. Then I was told that one of the wheels needs adjustment. The toe, camper and caster and the cost of fixing it is £72. I said ok and agreed. However, when they gave me the report back, they had only fixed the toe but the camper and caster have not been done!! And when I asked they said, they don't do it. The lads at this Kwik Fit are spot on! My vehicle was delivered to them on a low-loader around 16:00 today and was booked in for repair the following day. They noted this and squeezed the repair in before finishing this evening to get me back on the road a day early! Top Service from the team. Highly Recommend. 👍
Really disappointed by how I was treated upon visiting. Left work to find a completely flat tyre over half an hour from home, meaning I needed immediate help with a new one. I was almost turned away completely and told very rudely that the job couldn’t be done / they didn’t want to do it. Honestly, the way they were speaking was so rude I initially thought it was a joke! Needed a rear passenger tyre replacing after getting a slow puncture. Went in one morning and spoke to Callum who was sound and fitted me into his diary that day. Sorted with no hassle and a reasonable price.
Called at Kwik Fit - New Basford and once again Jordan was brilliant. Managed to squeeze me in for two new tyres and got me back out on the road quick time. I Always use this site as always sort things quickly no messing. Thanks again gents
