I took my car in few back because it was making noise because of a loose exhaust bracket and one of the staff members said that it was best to remove it and asked me to come back to replace it with a new one When I returned I was told that there is a whole in the exhaust where the bracket should have been, so I had to have a new exhaust system installed. Not only this has cost me lots of money but also I didn’t find the staff particularly helpful and quite dismissive Not happy!

At 3pm I drove in with a car loaded up with family and dog etc for a holiday, with a completely flat tyre. Fearing the cost of a new tyre I hoped the Kwik Fit team could fit me into a busy Friday afternoon schedule. I was advised they may not be able to get to me until 5pm but would try. 90mins later I drove out having a repaired tyre and a very reasonable bill paid. Thanks to the staff that went all out to help.

*A happy customer - I would return* I had booked an appointment for 4 new tyres to be replaced. I enquired about tracking. The technician (Henry) carried out tests and he showed me paperwork which he stated didn’t require my car to have tracking as the tests showed my car was safe to drive and tracking wasn’t really necessary. Always come here though I’ve not been for a year or so due to no car, but I went here with my new car and it needed a coolant as there was a diagnostic problem on me dash board very well pleased sorted in 24 hours, Adam is always pleasant and helps wen he can

I had a service on my car WP70 NZK on Tuesday, 24th February 2026, and when I collected my car in the evening, I heard a clicking noise before I’d even left the yard. Thinking it may go away, I drove home, a couple of miles away and parked up, and checked around the car, unable to spot anything at the time, but thought I’d check in the light in the morning.
