Sunday 30th March, early morning puncture, Rac man got me and my car to kwik fit Chequers Rd Derby. Thanks rac guy brilliant job. Pulled up outside kwikfit and the fitter came out to me, and within 10-15mins I was back on the road again. Great professional service. Thanks guys Dee Bharwani

A Brilliant service from start to finish, I was in such a predicament being a bank holiday Weekend, Jack & his team dealt with the matter promptly professionally, Although I couldn't keep my timings as scheduled they still managed to fit me in they're not called kwick fit for no reason, Its things like this that make a Big difference, Thank you guys & keep up the great work...Thank you from Fl21 Mercedes 👌👌👌

Crap service and pricey. Booked van in for mot only for them to have it for 3 hrs and not do it because don’t do this size van and didn’t bother to tell me until I picked it up.

I had a puncture on the way to work and dropped the car in, the manager took my details and within the hour the puncture was fixed. The service I received was quick and professional, would recommend to friends and family.

Avoid Kwik-Fit if you have a nice car and want it to stay that way! Two visits to Kwik-Fit Derby (Chequers Road) and two different experiences. The first time, the fitter was very careful while refitting my faulty - tyres (not supplied by Kwik-Fit) but came with my new car. On the second visit, to fit the replacement tyres, they damaged all four of my alloy wheels. I was contacted by their operations manager who would only admit to damaging one wheel - although 'graciously' he said that they would refurbish all four. This... read more
