I had a service on my car WP70 NZK on Tuesday, 24th February 2026, and when I collected my car in the evening, I heard a clicking noise before I’d even left the yard. Thinking it may go away, I drove home, a couple of miles away and parked up, and checked around the car, unable to spot anything at the time, but thought I’d check in the light in the morning. Great customer service. Adam was all over it leading from the front. Answering the phones and working on tyres and talking to customers arriving. Busy as anything but still looked after us. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
*A happy customer - I would return* I had booked an appointment for 4 new tyres to be replaced. I enquired about tracking. The technician (Henry) carried out tests and he showed me paperwork which he stated didn’t require my car to have tracking as the tests showed my car was safe to drive and tracking wasn’t really necessary. I valued his honesty and genuineness which sadly you often don’t always get as a customer at other places. Another positive is Kwik Fit have the option of using ‘Bumper’ (similar to Klarna). Great service. Didn't book and they took on the quite small job quickly and the value was great. Why go anywhere else?
Avoid Kwik-Fit if you have a nice car and want it to stay that way! Two visits to Kwik-Fit Derby (Chequers Road) and two different experiences. The first time, the fitter was very careful while refitting my faulty - tyres (not supplied by Kwik-Fit) but came with my new car. On the second visit, to fit the replacement tyres, they damaged all four of my alloy wheels. I was contacted by their operations manager who would only admit to damaging one wheel - although 'graciously' he said that they would refurbish all four. This... read more
