They are highly efficient and very professional. The brake system fault light of my car turned on a few days ago. They checked the entire brake system for my car free of charge and issued a report. It only took two hours from the time I sent the car to the time I was notified to pick it up. Both the reception and the staff are very nice👍

I came in to just get 1 tyre changed. They tried to get me to pay £300 for 2 tyres, balancing tyres that I had changed 2 weeks before - at the Darnall branch where I had no issues, and the service was 5 stars. There was a 1 hour delay in the work being done. Only when questioned by my mother on the phone did they miraculously have 2 of the same tyres (which were a lot cheaper) that I had fitted at a different centre 2 weeks prior, at first they tried to sell me winter tyres. On a busy Bank Holiday, Christian squeezed in sorting out my 87 year old Mum's flat tyre with a minimum of fuss. He was very efficient, kind and a pleasure to deal with. A real pro. Thanks Christian.

Booked to have a tyre changed. Got a call to say tyre was fine but the rim/seal needed refurbishing. Had to leave the car got a text to say work had commenced, got a call to say works complete. Had to pay an addional amount and the refund for the tyre was back in my account in 3 Days! Great experience.
