Staff were professional, friendly and informative. They made every effort to sort things out for us. We felt very reassured and very happy. We were at the Ecclesall Road centre and collect a battery from the city road centre where the person who served us was also exceptional. We returned with the battery to Ecclesall rd centre staff were brilliant and ensured everything was sorted on the same day. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I’d like to give a huge thank you to Christian Mennell, Jason, and the entire team at Kwik Fit Ecclesall. After sorting a flat tyre caused by a broken valve, they immediately offered me a same-day appointment and fixed the issue on the spot. Thanks to their quick and professional help, I was back on the road straight away instead of being stuck with an unsafe temporary tyre for weeks. Their efficiency, friendliness, and outstanding service really impressed me — I’m so grateful! Can not recommend them enough .

Had a battery test here and guess what. Kwik fit said battery was bad and failed the test. They tried to get me to buy a new battery there and then at £150. I declined. I had a full service elsewhere a few weeks prior and it stated there wasn't anything that needed any attention for a good few months yet. I think they were banking on the fact that I'm female, alone and were hoping I'd fall for the battery's failed trick and cough up, knowing nothing about cars. Had a telephone call the day before and seemed like nice people at the reception. I could see my car at the entrance to the parking area when I went to pick it up. When I got to my car, I noticed the engine was running and all the doors were unlocked. From the time of their telephone call that my car was ready till I got there, 35 minutes had passed.
