I called up Kwik Fit Bitterne as I was having problems with my car. I had an engine light pop up as it was miss firing. They were more than happy to get me fitted in for a diagnostic check. I dropped my car off with them so they could be sure of the problem. They said they would call within the hour to give me an update. I was called and updated within the hour and told the problem. Very good service from Kwik Fit Bitterne Road. First met with Davi, we talked about all that needed to be done, he kept me well informed about progress & we talked about options. When collecting car also met Jamie who was the technician responsible for repairs. Work needed was Mot, full service and repairs including new brake discs, pads & tyres all round plus additional works. All work required was done in 1 day. What a great experience at Kwikfit Bitterne. I booked my aircon re-gas on line, so easy to do. Arrived today and was met by Sergio. Was told the re-gas was going to take about an hour. Returned an hour later and all done. Very friendly staff, competitive price and work carried out perfectly. Thanks so much.

Very concerned about the quality of the technician that fixed the repair on my. It took him an hour and a half to do one simple Repair He managed to damage two of the plastic screws that hold the cap on because he didn’t realise that there were only three real screws and two plastic ones. They look completely different. He also put way over the maximum allowed in the tire and I had to tell him to adjust it to the sticker on the door . Took my car in for a wheel alignment. When moving the car into the bay they scraped the right side of the car. The car is a left hand drive, so another reason to be extra careful. If you look at the extent of the damage, the guy that drove it was clearly not paying enough attention and was driving too fast or didn't stop on time.
