Very concerned about the quality of the technician that fixed the repair on my. It took him an hour and a half to do one simple Repair He managed to damage two of the plastic screws that hold the cap on because he didn’t realise that there were only three real screws and two plastic ones. They look completely different. He also put way over the maximum allowed in the tire and I had to tell him to adjust it to the sticker on the door . Very professional service, I booked my car for two tyres to be replaced. When I arrived, I received a very warm welcome in reception and was given and estimated wait time. Both tyres were changed within the time given and the health check report received by email was really helpful to see the condition of the old tyres and their need for replacement. Thank you for such good service, will definitely come back for future work needed on my vehicle.

From the initial call all the way through to picking up my car, the service was exceptional. I was kept informed throughout reducing my anxiety. Staff were very understanding, supportive, kind, respectful & helpful. I will definitely be happy to use this garage again in future.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. When moving the car into the bay they scraped the right side of the car. The car is a left hand drive, so another reason to be extra careful. If you look at the extent of the damage, the guy that drove it was clearly not paying enough attention and was driving too fast or didn't stop on time. There was damage on 3 body panels, this never happens when you drive slow and carefully!!! Called in today to see if they could repair a puncture, quite close to the shoulder of the tyre, and if they couldn't it was going to be a replacement. Thankfully it was just in the "T area" so repair rather than replace. Would have been so easy for them to just replace the tyre, but top marks for honesty and integrity.
