Very concerned about the quality of the technician that fixed the repair on my. It took him an hour and a half to do one simple Repair He managed to damage two of the plastic screws that hold the cap on because he didn’t realise that there were only three real screws and two plastic ones. They look completely different. He also put way over the maximum allowed in the tire and I had to tell him to adjust it to the sticker on the door . Very professional service, I booked my car for two tyres to be replaced. When I arrived, I received a very warm welcome in reception and was given and estimated wait time. Both tyres were changed within the time given and the health check report received by email was really helpful to see the condition of the old tyres and their need for replacement. Thank you for such good service, will definitely come back for future work needed on my vehicle.

The handling process was dire. The only upside of using kwik fit was the short waiting time - for an MOT and for repairs - now I know why. I brought my car in for an MOT. Eventually, I was told that the machine was not working and so they could not complete an MOT on my vehicle, but that they had found some issues during the inspection. The issues were written on a piece of paper (no problem here) as the machine was not able to connect to my car. I accepted a 1215 appointment. It was 45mins later before the car went on the ramp. The mechanic then spent ages faffing around (looking at and photographing the good tyres presumably looking for upselling opportunities). He changed the bad tyre. He then spent another 10-15 mins faffing around checking the torque on the good tyres. I didn't leave until 1330. 1hr 15m for a supposed 30 min job which, if he'd have focussed on changing the bad tyre, would have taken 20 mins. From the initial call all the way through to picking up my car, the service was exceptional. I was kept informed throughout reducing my anxiety. Staff were very understanding, supportive, kind, respectful & helpful. I will definitely be happy to use this garage again in future.
