Took my Mazda 2 to this garage for a brake fluid change on Saturday morning, got there a little early but the two blokes working took the car straight in, explained everything and how long it would roughly take and were also happy to squeeze me in for an aircon recharge. The two guys were a great laugh but also very professional, will certainly return.
Excellent Service at Kwik Fit Lodge Road Arrived just before 5 pm and was greeted by the incredibly friendly staff. I asked them to check my brakes and tyres, and they immediately got my car on the ramp for a health check. Despite initially trying to book me in for the following week, they managed to fit me in on the spot. In just about an hour, they replaced all 4 tyres and both front and rear brakes. Fantastic service, quick turnaround, and top-notch work. Happy days – thank you, Kwik Fit Lodge Road!
Our 2 front tyres both needed replacing. We thought only 1 would but the other was really bad too. We were treated so well & offered very good tyres for a good price. We’re glad we went to Kwik-fit & would recommend them to our family & friends
Kwik fit perception can be mixed but our experience was excellent; professional , knowledgeable & friendly staff. We did wait longer than we expected , but we didn’t book and it was a busy Saturday, so fair enough.
