Went in today, Saturday morning for an inspection. All the staff was super friendly. Props to Travis, James and Lisa. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. Very appreciated!!
Each experience at this location has been easy and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Leslie, Travis and Aaron. When my vehicle had a recall for a coolant issue, they printed out the paperwork and explained the issue when no one at the dealership would. KKCR gave me the confidence to walk into the dealership fully informed and knowing what to ask for. Thanks guys!
I’ve been here about 4 times now, and this is the Best Kwik Kar by far here in Texas that I know of! Very friendly and hard working staff. They won’t pull a fast one on you, they genuinely just wanna help. They’re super fair and will provide you honest necessary info you need to better your car. I’m glad to have found a trust worthy spot for all my car needs!
This place is the best! I went to ask my new plates to be installed, and the manager Travis came immediately with a smile greet me at my car. He asked me inside to cooler place, and went to ask if technician could do it immediately. I literally waited 2 minutes and he had done it himself! Thank you! Great customer service and attitude.
I went in for my state inspection and the service was quick, efficient and excellent, from the time I parked my car to the time they handed me my cars and brought my car round to the door. It was my first time at Kwik Kar and I was very impressed with their service level! I will totally go back for any other car needs in the future!
