Went in today, Saturday morning for an inspection. All the staff was super friendly. Props to Travis, James and Lisa. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. Very appreciated!!
Each experience at this location has been easy and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Leslie, Travis and Aaron. When my vehicle had a recall for a coolant issue, they printed out the paperwork and explained the issue when no one at the dealership would. KKCR gave me the confidence to walk into the dealership fully informed and knowing what to ask for. Thanks guys!
I’ve been here about 4 times now, and this is the Best Kwik Kar by far here in Texas that I know of! Very friendly and hard working staff. They won’t pull a fast one on you, they genuinely just wanna help. They’re super fair and will provide you honest necessary info you need to better your car. I’m glad to have found a trust worthy spot for all my car needs!
The employees are great. Super nice and the shop is clean and well organized. Feels like more of a full automotive shop instead of a Kwik change. They explained why my car needed a certain oil so I could understand why. I never felt rushed while I asked questions. There was a young man that helped me that just started and he was awesome. Thank you guys for restoring my faith and trust in a shop.
Amazing staff! Beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone I have encountered here is very personable and kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto shop!!
