My experience at Kwik Kar at Craig Ranch was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any automotive repair shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and customer service provided by the entire team. Everyone was fantastic, from the front desk receptionist all the way to the service manager. They made me feel valued as a customer, took the time to address my concerns, and demonstrated the kind of honesty and integrity that is hard to find these d... read more
Usually do my own oil changes but after 3 hours of battling to get a jammed filter, off I knew I was beat! Had my roadside insurance take my truck here as they said they could sort it for me. Within 2 hours of the breaker dropping it off I got the call it was all done, and at NO up charge! The filter took a ton of effort for even them to get off with an air chisel!! BC is the man. Great service and great people. Appreciate the help! Updated: October 2026 I found myself with a shorted battery connection to the starter and ... read more
The team at Kwik Kar Craig Ranch has never let me down. Everyone I've dealt with there has been helpful and a genuine pleasure to work with. That's what stands out most: they give you the knowledge to make your own informed decisi... read more
I took my car this afternoon to get it repaired, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to fix it! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. They took the time to listen to my whole story, answered all of my questions, and gave me a really fair price for the repairs. I had my car back within a day, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I truly appreciated their knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help me today. It’s stressful enough when you have to get your car repaire... read more
I went there for the State inspection on two vehicles. Took about 30 minutes for both vehicles. Free coffee and a big TV were nice while waiting at the lounge.
