Highly recommended. I use these guys personally and for my truck fleet for our Pest Control Company, Pest Me Off Pest Control here in McKinney. Quick and thorough these guys really are great. Repaired our AC and some electrical issues and back on the road in no time.
I've been using this location since moving to McKinney 2 years ago. They are always friendly and do not try to oversell on additional items. They point out things and keep me informed on the condition of my vehicle. Lisa at the front desk is always bright and friendly. Travis was my tech this last service and was really helpful and informative.
Went in today, Saturday morning for an inspection. All the staff was super friendly. Props to Travis, James and Lisa. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. Very appreciated!!
I’ve been here about 4 times now, and this is the Best Kwik Kar by far here in Texas that I know of! Very friendly and hard working staff. They won’t pull a fast one on you, they genuinely just wanna help. They’re super fair and will provide you honest necessary info you need to better your car. I’m glad to have found a trust worthy spot for all my car needs!
Each experience at this location has been easy and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Leslie, Travis and Aaron. When my vehicle had a recall for a coolant issue, they printed out the paperwork and explained the issue when no one at the dealership would. KKCR gave me the confidence to walk into the dealership fully informed and knowing what to ask for. Thanks guys!
