I stopped by this Kwik Kar location (different than the one I have been going to for my oil changes) to get air put in my tires, and I'm so glad I did! Both employees I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, but Chandler truly went above and beyond. He was professional, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. I went there for the State inspection on two vehicles. Took about 30 minutes for both vehicles. Free coffee and a big TV were nice while waiting at the lounge.
The team here is excellent! They are transparent and don't try to oversell. I found a car shop I feel comfortable taking my car to myself and don't have to make my husband do it for me 😭 Shout-out to Chandler and BC for helping me out! These gentlemen were professional and made me feel so comfortable. Ladies and gentlemen, but specifically ladies, this is the place to go!
I originally went into Kwik Kar for a mandatory state safety inspection, but later that same day my vehicle electronics started glitching unexpectedly. Since we were leaving for a road trip the very next morning, I immediately headed back to the shop in a bit of a panic. Nice location. Wasn't crowded. The staff were very nice. I mentioned I was a bit cold and was gonna go to my car to get a blanket. The agent turned the fan down. How precious was that. I will be returning even though it wasn't close to where I live.
