Theft from this service!!! Dr. Faille's office gave my Mother a referral because of her dementia and also a fractured hip. Hope Home Health Services had come into my Mother's home for a few weeks and the Home Health Care Taker had used my Mothers credit card to purchase items from a store and had held onto my Mothers credit card for several days without telling her or giving it to her. Dr. Faille, very happy to have her for our family. She has excellent medical knowledge, care of person, with compassion. Explains and shows everything that has to be done. We have trust in dr.faille, very committed to the health and well being of us. Her staff always helpful and kind.
I think she is absolutely wonderful I have really been grateful to have a doctor that always wishes to meet the expectations and make me feel good about my treatment.
It's difficult to get an appointment with her now. She doesn't seem confident in some areas that are easy to treat and will just refer you to a specialist. I returned to my previous primary care that requires me to make a long drive but he will treat me instead of just referring out. She is very nice though and shows compassion. The office staff is the best I've ever delta with.
She is not my doctor, but she is my parents' doctor. I am so thrilled by the care she gives them. She is patient in answering all their questions, giving lots if info on their meds. She doesn't cattle herd them through her practice. Unfortunately, my mother passed away, and she took so much time with my dad after her passing. She listened and helped him get a referral for counseling. She has such a wonderful bedside manner, and her knowledge is amaz8ng. So thankful for her.
