Ray was such a wonderful person. very knowledgeable and friendly. discussed our heat pump issues and what is needed. very fast service too. we got lucky with such a busy season.
Very satisfied with my experience, from the repairman, Mike, to Bill, who came to my home to go over options for my new furnace. The guys that installed it (I don't remember their names) were very professional and courteous; did the job in a timely manner. After they were finished with the job, my maintenance manager checked it out and commented that it looked to him that they did everything right. And I thought that they gave me a fair price.
Our Heat pump died. Bill gave us all our options without pushing us in any one direction. Worked with us on financing. Jim was great on the install. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations😁 👍
I wish I could give them 100 stars. My husband and I are so pleased with everything LK did for us. Our carbon monoxide detector woke us on a Thurs morning. They had a serviceman out to our house within 20 minutes of our call. They installed our new furnace the next day! They went above and beyond for us and we can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend them. Bill, the serviceman and the installers all were a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased.
Ordered new all electric furnace & AC unit for our small condo. Polite, respectful, responsive, professional from first call to job completion. No pressure selling. Informative. No surprises! Jim and Josh? completed the removal and installation in a challenging tight space. They answered all our questions and demonstrated routine maintenance procedures.
