LK Heating & Cooling is an amazing company located locally. I’ve had the privilege of interacting with staff both in the office and in the field. My latest encounter was with Nayef. He came to do annual preventative maintenance on my A/C. From the moment he stepped in my house, he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process. We have been using LK for several years and have always had good experiences. Today was our seasonal A/C inspection. The technician Logan was especially helpful as there were several issues that needed attention, both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and polite despite having to spend a long time outside in a driving rainstorm replacing parts in our two A/C condenser units.
The huge heat wave that has swept through NE Ohio these past few days caused our AC unit to suddenly malfunction. It had checked out well in May. Nayef, a new professional on staff at LK Heating and Cooling, came to our rescue! He not only quickly identified the problem, but he was able to explain it in terms that I fully understood. I have used L&K 26 years ago and I had them install new heating and cooling system. They were very professional and did a great clean up. I would highly recommend them. And Bill was wonderful and thoughtful
Called LK this morning about 8:30 a.m.ish after air stopped working last night. 90 out today so wasn't sure when they'd get to me. Told me I was 20th on the waiting list. Call Bay Furnace, told me next Tuesday or for extra $100 on top of reg call they could show up tonight at 9 p.m. Held off hoping LK would come through. Sure enough, get a call from them and guy is here by noon, air all working fine now. Guy was very friendly, professional, no trace of him now and made suggestions for further maintenance.
