My family had our furnace and AC replaced by LK and what a great experience it was. First thing is Bill is fantastic! He is very thorough when looking at what needs to be done and explains everything so you can understand and does not try to rush through the process of his meeting with you. An old furnace never breaks down at a ‘good time’. Someone suggested LK when my normal provider couldn’t accommodate a quick fix. I had a new ignitor installed in a very short time ahead of approaching sub zero conditions. It was a huge relief as I have a special needs adult son living with me so a fast repair was crucial. I am very appreciative of the fast attention and effort, and reasonably priced! I will definitely be sticking with LK going forward !
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with LK Heating & Cooling. They did a terrific job servicing my furnace—professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, explained the work clearly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s straightforward, competent, and doesn’t waste your time. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
Had furnace and ac unit replaced with the help of John Clark. Technicians Kurt and Bob very professional they were at my home all day was a big job. They explained all to us before they left and asked if we had any additional questions. Ray Miller very professional he had worked on our old unit and was very helpful in our time when furnace not working. Thank you L & K!
Called for a cleaning and maintenance on furnace for house I just purchased. Technician was pleasantly friendly and polite. He explained what he was going to be doing and got to work. Also asked if I was going to handle filters or I wanted to purchase from them. At the end provided report and requested payment. Could not ask for anything more. Will definitely contact again!
