My family had our furnace and AC replaced by LK and what a great experience it was. First thing is Bill is fantastic! He is very thorough when looking at what needs to be done and explains everything so you can understand and does not try to rush through the process of his meeting with you. Called for a cleaning and maintenance on furnace for house I just purchased. Technician was pleasantly friendly and polite. He explained what he was going to be doing and got to work. Also asked if I was going to handle filters or I wanted to purchase from them. At the end provided report and requested payment. Could not ask for anything more. Will definitely contact again!
LK Heating & Cooling has been servicing our furnace for over 20 years. They came highly recommended by the original owners of a 1950s built house that we purchased five years ago. They have made a few service calls for various heating/cooling issues and have helped us extend the life of a very old furnace. The technicians that we have dealt with have all been respectful, knowledgeable and efficient and the business as a whole is honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced.
Neah was very professional and answered every question we had. He checked the humidifier settings since it wasn't keeping up with what we had it set at. He was also very quick with his check of the furnace for the annual maintenance. My husband had a question about heat in the basement and Neah sent a message to someone who can call us about that. We really appreciated his help.
The LK Heating and Cooling team was fantastic to work with! Our Air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the heat wave at the end of July, I gave them a call late afternoon and they were able to get someone out the next day! Matt & his partner were fabulous once they arrived. As a newer homeowner, I knew next to nothing about the system and how it functioned. They were able to explain to me what they were doing and give me a brief education as well! Would highly recommend reaching out to this team.
