My family had our furnace and AC replaced by LK and what a great experience it was. First thing is Bill is fantastic! He is very thorough when looking at what needs to be done and explains everything so you can understand and does not try to rush through the process of his meeting with you. LK Heating & Cooling has been servicing our furnace for over 20 years. They came highly recommended by the original owners of a 1950s built house that we purchased five years ago. They have made a few service calls for various heating/cooling issues and have helped us extend the life of a very old furnace. The technicians that we have dealt with have all been respectful, knowledgeable and efficient and the business as a whole is honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced.
I was heading out of town the next day when the brand new furnace quit working. The receptionist/ scheduler said she would send someone asap. She called back within 10 minutes with update and within 45 minutes repairman Ray found leaves were sucked into air supply line for an easy repair. Everyone was courteous and professional. Very pleased with service and would highly recommend LK Heating and Cooling!
The LK Heating and Cooling team was fantastic to work with! Our Air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the heat wave at the end of July, I gave them a call late afternoon and they were able to get someone out the next day! Matt & his partner were fabulous once they arrived. As a newer homeowner, I knew next to nothing about the system and how it functioned. They were able to explain to me what they were doing and give me a brief education as well! Would highly recommend reaching out to this team.
We have been customers of LK Heating and cooling for over 20 years! We have the same skilled technicians (Raymond) year after year service our boiler and AC. They know our units and what they need to keep them running efficiently and effectively. They also have taught me the best way to run these units to save money and prolong their lifespan.
