I cant do negative so 1 will work. Been a loyal customer for years, furnace maintenance every two years, new boiler, electrical disconnects for AC, new hot water tank...Usually very responsive and professional. Had an unusual incident with my 5 year old boiler leaking and flooding basement along with pilot burned out. Very satisfied with my experience, from the repairman, Mike, to Bill, who came to my home to go over options for my new furnace. The guys that installed it (I don't remember their names) were very professional and courteous; did the job in a timely manner. After they were finished with the job, my maintenance manager checked it out and commented that it looked to him that they did everything right. And I thought that they gave me a fair price.
LK Heating and Cooling recently installed a new Trane furnace and AC unit. The salesman was prompt for his appointment, carefully observed my current system, made suggestions for improved service and provided me with a prompt estimate for the service.
