My wife and I are currently on the Prolon 5-day fast for the SIXTH time. I cannot honestly say I enjoy being on the fast, but I can definitely say I value and appreciate the Prolon program and the Prolon customer service. Just completed my first 5 day cycle and I’m more than pleased about it! It’s everything it said it was and I’m already looking forward to the next cycle when it comes time. Also the food is better than I expected very pleased with the variety!!! Deff recommend!!

Zero stars if possible. L-Nutra sold me several kits at one time, never once explaining that they expire within 4-6 months. I used one kit immediately but I had to gear up my mind to do another 5 day program. Then, the company began offering the One Day Reset program so I ordered 3 of those. Finally, I was ready and excited to do another 5 day kit but after opening it, I noticed the supplements had expired.
