Zero stars if possible. L-Nutra sold me several kits at one time, never once explaining that they expire within 4-6 months. I used one kit immediately but I had to gear up my mind to do another 5 day program. Then, the company began offering the One Day Reset program so I ordered 3 of those. Finally, I was ready and excited to do another 5 day kit but after opening it, I noticed the supplements had expired. I received my first shipment and tried the product and did not like it. I attempted to call their customer service number a few times with no one answering the phone. Even finding their contact information is tough. Their message said to email them. Meanwhile they sent me a second auto ship package. When someone finally responded to my email, they informed me that they do not have a satisfaction guarantee and oh well that I now have 30 bars that I do not like and will not use. Terrible customer service. Just awful.

Horrendous customer service. We ordered a kit on 12 December. It made it to our city. But, since L-nutra did not include a street number, it was returned. I've left messages on the 800 number. No response. I've left messages on the Texas office phone number. No response. I've sent emails. No response. I've posted on their Facebook page. No response. I wish I could give minus stars.

I ordered 2 boxes of their Fasting diet for $337.37 in February 2022 but it was not delivered . i reached out tocustomer service and got a email response from them that they will get back to me. Till date no response and this company can never be reached by phone.

I bought 2 sets to try early last year to try for myself and my boyfirend. It wasn't easy bu we both tolerated the program - we lost 8-10 pounds each and subsequently retunred to our original weight. Purchased 4 more during Thanksgiving Black Friday sale - this time with new flavors. They are horrible and my body would not tolerate the smell of the supplements and soups this time.
